Zit met het volgende startprobleem: E300D

Contact aan, alleen SRS lampje brand. Deuren sluiten en terug openen met schakelaar , alle lampjes branden maar auto geeft geen kik. Hoor wel alarm klikken.

In het verleden gebeurde dit ook en toen met een andere batterij of startbooster werkte hij ineens wel. Accu heeft 12.6V en is niet slecht. 100AH van Mercedes. Zelfs met startkabels geprobeerd, Accu spanning 13.6V en steeds niks.

Na onderzoek kwam ik uit op K38 replay, bypass terug insteken en dan draait de motor wel maar slaat hij niet aan. Dit na meerdere malen tot de batterij op was.

IR sleutels werken plots niet meer. Nieuwe batterij, rode leds branden maar zowel bestuurders als koffer wil de afstandsbediening niet werken.

Overspanningsrelais werkt
Dieselfilter vervangen (dacht dat het daaraan mss lag)

Hoe krijg ik dit in orde?

Tijdje geleden toen de batterijen vervangen en AB werkte gewoon direct terug.

Sinds kort, toen ze opeens niet werkten, heb ik geprobeerd ze in te leren maar tevergeefs.

2x drukken op AB gericht naar de ontvanger op bestuurderdeur en direct contact aan. Ook via koffer geprobeerd.

Niet geholpen.

Dit is het alarm. Lijkt mij niet origineel, kan dit? Iemand dit model ooit gezien , gedemonteerd ?

Heb gemerkt dat de passagiersdeur en koffer de deuren niet allemaal openen als ik de sleutel gebruik. Ook alarmprobleem? Via de schakelaar binnen dus wel.

Zo te zien een achteraf ingebouwd GT alarm. Als de auto af-fabriek centrale deurvergrendeling met een IR-afstandbediening heeft, zit er ook een startonderbreker ingebouwd. Die is geïntegreerd in de kabelboom, zodat die niet zonder meer uitgeschakeld kan worden. Je zult dus aan de slag moeten met de afstandsbedieningen en de ontvangers in de deur en achterklep.

Hoort er wel een 100 Ah accu in?
Bij mij zat er een 100 Ah in, terwijl mijn dynamo maar richting de 80 Ah laadt.
Ik heb er veel problemen mee gehad, totdat hij uiteindelijk helemaal niets meer wilde doen.
Vervangen door een accu met het juiste Ah en alles werkt nu een stuk beter, ook het alarm en de cabriokap waar ik eerder problemen mee had. Oxidatie op elektrische contacten kan overigens ook veel ellende geven, heb daar ook al het nodige gezeur mee gehad.

Ik heb online gelezen dat je het alarm kunt omzeilen door het K38 replay achter de teller te bypasses. Het werkt wel want de auto draait maar wil niet starten. Auto is fabriek af met IR geleverd maar hoe begin je aan het uitzoeken waar de fout net zit?

Heb geprobeerd met een andere batterij 70ah en deed ook niks.

Nu zag ik wat lucht in de leidingen en uit ervaring weet ik dat het even kan duren voor hij weer start. Raad gevraagd een garagist hier en die zei me wat remreiniger te gebruiken in de luchtfilter, beetje zoals startpilot. Ik heb dit dan gedaan en hij wou precies net starten en dan terug gewoon blijven draaien.

2x remreiniger in luchtfilter gespoten en wou net starten terug tot ik ineens een zoemend geluid hoorde uit de motor.

Gevolg: bij poging tot starten hoor ik enkel een zoemend geluid dat luidt begint en dan stil wordt. Dus hij geeft geen kik meer. Ik vrees dat er iets ergs is gebeurd.

30min later....

Net terug geprobeerd en hoor enkel de starter draaien.
Iemand een idee? Starter zal kapot zijn denk ik.

Bendex (of hoe je dat ook mag schrijven) van de startmotor, blijft "plakken".
Dat is het deel wat ervoor zorgt dat het tandwiel van de startmotor uitschuift en met je vliegwiel contact maakt.
Vaak willen een paar goede klappen met een hamer op de startmotor nog wel eens tijdelijk helpen.

Ik heb ook wel eens gehad dat er een stuk uit het vliegwiel was geslagen, waardoor de startmotor op die plek voluit in het luchtledige draaide.

Vandaag andere starter gemonteerd.

Bij de eerste poging om te starten hoorde ik hem aanslaan en dan weer direct uit. Vervolgens meerdere malen geprobeerd maar blijft gewoon draaien. Dieselfilter is volgegoten. Ik heb gezien dat de 2 leidingen die naar de dieselfilter gaan luchtbellen hebben.

Ik dacht de injector leidingen wat los te maken maar ik geraak er heel moeilijk aan. Iemand tips?

Nee dat werkt.

Ik heb een van de injectorleidingen los gemaakt om te ontluchten maar er komt geen diesel uit bij meerdere pogingen.

Oorzaak was de brandstofpomp. Door alarm te omzeilen met k38 relaiskon ik hem toch starten zonder lampjes die branden . Eens ik deze aan de praat kreeg heb ik bypass van het relais verwijderd dus terug origineel gezet. Opeens branden alle lampjes en kon ik de sleutel inleren en nu werkt alles terug. Enige nu is de koeling maar daarvoor heb ik een andere topic begonnen.

Dat probleem heb ik destijds met mijn c-klasse ook gehad, een nieuwe sleutel was de oplossing.

Die conclusie kan zeker kloppen.

Rdc500, kan je even helpen met koeling probleem nu in ander topic. Wordt gewaardeerd
