hoi allemaal
ik ben bezig met een cruise control
te plaatsen in mijn 300TD
de nummer van de stuurdoos is als volgt

412.212/1/1

005 545 05 32

ik heb de kabelboom van de stuurdoos en ook de hendel
maar wat heb ik verder nog nodig om het te vervoledigen?

ik heb deze wel uit een 300TDT uitgehaald
maakt dit een verschil?

De regelunit van een turbodiesel zal iets anders geprogrammeerd zijn, werken doet hij wel prima op andere motoren.
Het tempomat systeem bestaat uit:
-Regelunit
-Bedieningshendel
-Hall sensor
-Stelmotor (uitvoerend component die de gasstand van de motor regelt)
-Bekabeling
-Bekabeling naar rempedaal

Dit ga ik ff in de gaten houden. In mijn W124 zit nu een John Vogel (wist ik niet) en hoe dat werkt... geen idee. Heb het originele hendeltje al bijna rondgebogen van frustratie. Ik heb gelukkig wel een eBay OEM set gekocht. Dus lees ik ff mee mocht ik de mijne gaan inbouwen. Succes Coco.

Stelmotor is voor elk voertuig zonder ASR hetzelfde. Achter op de regelunit zit trouwens een plug, deze plug geeft het type motor weer aan de regelunit.
Ik zie de Hall sensor wel liggen, dat is dat blokje helemaal rechts van de afbeelding. Deze moet achterop de snelheidsmeter worden geschroefd. Het relais wat daar ligt, kan ik niet thuisbrengen. De bedieningsschakelaar zie ik zo niet op de foto, je had hem toch wel?

Hier zie je de stelmotor aan het blok van de 2.5 geschroefd, bij een 300D ziet het er ongeveer net zo uit.

dat is de stekker onder de ecu doos die nog los ligt
daar komt de hendel op maar moet deze er nog uit halen

Ik heb het nummer van het relais in de EPC opgezocht en het is het snelheidsregelrelais van de achterruitenwisser van een Kombi.

Wat is er anders aan de tempomat bij een OM606 vergeleken met een OM603turbo?

Hoezo?
De positie van de stelmotor is iets anders en de regelunit zal iets anders geprogrammeerd zijn, voor de rest is het hetzelfde. (in het document over de inbouw bij een diesel is dit te vinden)

Omdat ik een E300D heb met OM606 en er nog een tempomatsetje bij wil zoeken.
Tevens heb ik een tempomatsetje voor een 300TTurbodiesel OM603turbo.

Het dilemma is nu of ik het setje rechtstreeks overbouw in een 300TTurbodiesel OM603turbo (auto is aanwezig

en op zoek ga naar een setje voor OM606 of het setje inbouw in de OM606.

Ik neig naar het eerste (setje zoeken voor om606).
Maar waar haal je die? :cheer:

Ik zou een origineel setje voor een OM606 zoeken. Dat bespaart je veel tijd en hoofdbrekens.

Het tempomaat setje van de 300TDT is voor mij weer interessant.
Jammer dat je het niet meer compleet hebt, de Hallgever heb ik namelijk al

Op de OM 606 zit deze stelmotor onder de brandstofpomp, en net boven de motorsteun.

volgens de informatie dat ik hier bij een Mercedes dealer heb gehad
zou het systeem van een 300 TDT ook passen op een 300D
het enige. dat ze er wel bij zeggen is dat je zeker moet zijn dat het van een 300D moet zijn en niet
van een 250 of 200D
ook niet van een benzine

Dat maakt helemaal niet uit, allemaal uitwisselbaar. Misschien is het zo dat de 300 een net iets andere stelmotor houder is, maar dat is ook te overkomen. Ook benzineversies passen gewoon, benzineversies hebben sowieso een andere houder voor de stelmotor, maar dit is ook zo opgelost met een andere houder.

De snelheid waarmee de tempomat reageert is alleen per motor anders, het motortype wordt geprogrammeerd in de regelunit of via een codeerplug achterop de regelunit. Alleen de tempomat van een auto met ASR is compleet anders, omdat deze een elektronisch gaspedaal heeft.

welke codeerplug moet ik gebruiken voor een 300TD
Of beter gezegd welke nummer van codeerplug moet ik hebben voor deze unit
