Carterpan gedomonteerd, nieuwe schroefdraad laten draaien overmaat. Nieuwe carterplug laten draaien op draaibank. Speciale olie o ring gekregen in het midden zit een soort rubber. Alles terug gemonteerd en kurk droog.

o ring is van aliminuim en voorzien van een soort keering in het midden.

Ook die plug stond mij eigenlijk niet aan en kocht later een originele bij de dealer.

Wat ik hiermee wil zeggen is dat het verschil alleen al in lengte van die pluggen erg groot is.
Jij hebt voor je 300 dieseltje waarschijnlijk die lange nodig.


Die after market of allerlei namaak pluggen zijn vaak veel korter dan de originele.
Koop zo'n ding even bij de dealer, voor mijn E300TDT zijn de kosten voor de plug (A1119970330) 3,10 euro en voor de ring (N007603014106) 0,73 cent en je weet zeker dat de draad en lengte goed is, zo ook de ring. Het zijn de kleine dingen die het doen ;)

LET OP!!! De nummers die ik gegeven heb zijn van het EPC MBWebparts met MIJN VIN nummer van mijn E300TDT 1994

Ik neem aan dat jij in Turkey ook een dealer in de buurt hebt, en zo niet dan kunnen wij je altijd helpen.

Teflon tape of vloeibare pakking is niet de bedoeling denk ik, juist met een beetje teveel teflon tape kan die aluminium pan scheuren :mrgreen:

Als bout en koperen washer nieuw zijn (hoe dik?) en de schroefdraad is goed dan kan het eigenlijk niet fout gaan.

Helaas blijft hij lekken, voorheen lekte hij ook.

Wat kan ik doen, teflon vloeibare pakking etc, schroefdraad is goed.

Ik heb iets gelezen over platte en bolle koperen wat houd dit in. Ik heb ergens gelezen dat een zelfde soort olie lekkage met een bolle o ring is opeglost niks mocht baten.

Ieamnd ervaring hiermee evt foto van bolle ring
