ventielen en elektronica. Kijk maar eens achter de accu of daar nog een relais zit met de letters EGR erop.

Als de 250D (OM602) motor die er nu in zit geen EGR/ARF had, zit waarschijnlijk van de vorige motor nog wel de
hele aansturing van dat verhaal in de auto en dat schept verwarring en evt. oorzaak van vacuümlekken zijn. Je
schreef nl al dat er ter hoogte van de waterpomp een afgetopte slang liep. Dat moet bijna zeker van de EGR/ARF
zijn geweest. Misschien kan je een paar (overzicht)foto's van de motor, vooral de uitlaatzijde, maken en plaatsen.

Als ik het verhaal lees, schrijf je op 26 maart dat je er achter kwam dat de vacuümleidingen verkeerd om op de
VCV zaten maar daarvoor had je al aan de modulator op de bak zitten draaien/stellen. Op je eigen foto staat hoe
de slangen moeten: de gele komt rechtstreeks van de pomp en moet zonder dat dempertje op de VCV. Op de rode
moet wel dat dempertje en gaat naar de modulator op de bak.

Zoals al geschreven moet de vacuümpomp voor op de motor zo'n - 0,8 bar leveren, dat moet je ook bij de VCV
meten op de gele slang. Dat vacuüm wordt in de VCV gereduceerd naar +/- 0,4 bar bij stationair draaiende motor.
Je moet dus op de rode slang, of modulator op de bak die +/- 0,4 bar vacuüm meten. Bij vol gas moet dat 0 bar zijn.

Op de foto zie je (groene pijl) de VCV beluchtingsslang, vanaf die leiding kan de VCV die 0 bar regelen maar zo te
zien aan de (verkeerde) richting waar die naar toe gaat, lijkt die slang ergens op aangesloten, de pomp? Je kan die
leiding van het rubber koppelstukje aftrekken om de (eventuele geblokkeerde) beluchting te herstellen. Mocht die
slang ergens aangekoppeld zijn, aftoppen. Origineel loopt de slang naar de binnenruimte onder het dashboard.
