Hij lekte het afgelopen jaar altijd al wel iets, het blok onder de pomp was altijd een beetje glimmend/vochtig.
Maar enkele weken geleden had hij zijn grote doorbraak, als je naast hem stond, stonk het verschrikkelijk, slecht startten enz.
Normaal gesproken zou ik zelf wel een poging hebben gewaagd om het te repareren, er is genoeg info hier op de site te vinden, maar aangezien ik alles buiten moet doen en het toen net zo rond het vriespunt en sneeuw was, hebben we het maar uitbesteed
Via Vakgarage Klaassen in Zwolle, waar ze mijn hulppitmanarm rubbers hebben vervangen, ivm speling/beweging voorwielen, bij Dieseltech in IJsselmuiden (vlakbij Zwolle) terechtgekomen. Specialisten op dieselgebied. Hier hebben ze de boel losgehaald en voorzien van nieuwe ringen.
Kurkdroog is hij weer, de pomp en het blok.

Dit waren trouwens de eerste kosten van 2017, terwijl ik toch snel 12-15000km per jaar rondrijdt.

vandaag lekkage gemaakt van de brandstofpomp.
eerst het inlaatspruitstuk eraf gehaald,dat is het meestewerk.
de plunjers viel wel mee.
had eerst alle leidingen los gemaakt en de voorste 3 leidingen sprongen richting kop en de andere de andere kant op zoals tezien is op de foto's .
met een tyrip een beetje verder getrokken zodat je goed bij de plunjers kan.
een voor een er uit gehaald en alles vernieuwd,met de hand allemmaal zo ver mogelijk erin gedraaid,endan alles op moment vast zetten .
alles weer terug bouwen en starten ,mooi droog .
