Mijn multiriem piept een beetje als de motor koud is
Het gaat om een 200E automaat uit 1989 met 118000 op de teller.
Is volgens mij niet echt moeilijk , maar vindt nergens een goede foto of tekening(ook niet met de zoekfunctie).
Heeft iemand die voorhanden?

Als hij niet uit gedroogd is en vertoond geen schade/scheurtjes kan je er een beetje banden zwart op spuiten ben je er voorlopig van dat gepiep af.

Gewoon een nieuwe opzetten, is goed te doen, heb ik pas ook nog gedaan, is gewoon dynamo op slappe stand zetten, boel vrij kappen maken zover je er last van hebt, oude riem afnemen, zorgen dat geen enkele as verschuift en nieuwe er weer opzetten, dynamo opspannen en ie zit weer, dacht dat de mijne 56 euro kostte. Bovenaan zit ook nog een spanner, die moet je met een stalen pen ontspannen schiet me te binnen, met een moertje zit dat ding vast, google maar even, maar moeilijk is het echt niet.

Eerst een nieuwe halen bij een MB dealer zou ik aanraden, ze kijken even welke je moet, er bestaan een stuk of wat verschillende lengte's, het heeft te maken van met of zonder airco, stuurbekrachtiging . ABS etc.

Soms ligt er onder het reserve wiel ook wel een oude van de juiste lengte mocht je de auto nog niet zo lang hebben, gebeurd veel dan men er een andere opzet en de oude achterin de auto legt voor het geval er weer een andere op moet of gewoon op reserve mocht ie ooit knappen.

Dit is die spanner die ik bedoel.

Maar weet niet of die op een 200 op zit, heb ut zelf bij de turbo gedaan en daar zitten alle extra's af behalve ABS, dat circus is eraf gesloopt, kan ut ook geen storing geven immmers.

Dan hoef je de dynamo zelfs niet los te zetten, maar ik had dat wel gedaan, het kan zonder gekruip eronder dus.

Volgens mij heb ik geen spanner?
Mischien heeft een 200E dat niet?
Denk dan gewoon de dynamo iets los halen denk ik?

Denk ik, ken de motor van diesels en de 280 benzine versie alleen maar. E 55 is de volgende hier.

Ik heb twee pdf bestanden bijgevoegd, 1tje die uitlegt hoe het verwisselt moet worden en 1tje met verschillende diagrammen. Hopelijk heb je hier wat aan.

Bij mijn zoon zijn 190 2.5 hebben we de hele radiator eruit moeten halen. Wegens plaatsgebrek.
Multiriem en spanarm vervangen. Daarna nog probleem gehad dat de schroefdraad van het blok voor de span arm versleten was. dus ben ik op een uur tijd 6 winkels binne gestapt om naar een tap van 18mmx1,5 te kopen. Helaas had 5 van de 6 deze niet. De 6de winkel waar ik vroeger vaak ging, heeft me deze gelukkig uitgeleend

Makkelijk te doen zo een multiriem. ik had een foto van kunnen vinden, maar ook deze was niet duidelijk genoeg.
