Even een vraagje waarvan ik dacht “die leg ik even voor aan het forum”.. .

Het betreft relais 0015426819. Als ik dat Google, dan kom ik de term zuzatzlufter tegen. Nu is mijn technisch Duits best aardig, maar hier kan ik geen chocolade van maken. Punt is dat ik dit relais regelmatig hoor klapperen/snel schakelen. Ook als het contact uit staat. Weet iemand wat de functie van dit relais is? En waar kan dat klapperen vandaan komen? Ik merk de laatste tijd wel dat ik ergens een lekstroom heb. Na een dag of vier is het over en uit en is de accu leeg. Dat laat ik uiteraard niet gebeuren. Dus als ik weet dat ik de auto een aantal dagen niet gebruik, hang ik hem aan de druppellader...

Ik denk dat dit relais de koelventilator voor de airco aanstuurt?

Dit is inderdaad de "Auxiliary Fan Relay" , welke +12volt krijgt via fuse 7 en een geschakelde massa via de 105 / 115graden celsius temperature switch. Dus de fan gaat draaien als de temp. boven de 115 graden is en dan de massa doorgeeft naar contact 5 van het relay.

Dank voor jullie snelle reactie. Het maakt in ieder geval duidelijk waar die voor dient. Maar als ik het goed heb dan heeft het relais een constante + en wordt de massa geschakeld. Bijzonder. Ik heb wel een storing in de aanstuur unit (mijn W124 heeft die volautomatische kima anlage met het enkele draaiwiel links). Die ga ik binnenkort vervangen. Zit de schakeling van de massa ook in die unit?

Nog een schema waar het relay K9 Auxiliary Fan Relay zichtbaar is en aangestuurd wordt door S25/5 , welke op je motorblok zit, see vorig schema in het Duitse document.

Dank! Ik ga eens zoeken & doormeten. Vandaag overigens nieuwe unit gemonteerd in het console. Paste niet. Is van een W126, en die is net even anders.....
