eind oktober 2020 vervangen en amper 1000 km verder dit gevonden.
oxidatie en 2 vd 6 vervuilde bougies.

Nieuwe kap en rotor Beru.

Iemand suggesties.

De kap achter de rotor heeft een rubberen ring die bedoeld is om vocht buiten te houden, die zou kapot/versleten kunnen zijn. En zorg ervoor dat de afdekkappen goed zitten.

Beru is B-merk van Bosch. Ik zou dit merk niet gebruiken en voor ontstekingsdelen uitsluitend Bosch gebruiken.

Vermoedelijk was de grote afdichtingsring vd verdelerkap de oorzaak.
Hierdoor kwam ere misschien steeds vocht in de verdeler waardoor die slecht ging ontsteken en daardoor ook de bougies mee de afgrond introk.
Ik heb deze vervangen . De oude ring was echt wel hard en bij plooien kleine haarscheurtjes.

Ik heb de gehele ontstekingsketting vervangen. Bosch verdelerkap (nieuwe dichting), Bosch bougiekabels. En nieuwe spoel van Bosch.

Ik zal binnen enkele weken weten hoe het evolueert ivm de vervuiling op de bougies....

De achterste kap van de verdelelerkap de zogenaamde 'stofkap' heb ik niet vervangen omdat deze mij er nog ok uitziet.
Dit kapje kost trouwen 75 euro...

Ooit een keer Beru gebruikt en toen ik na 3 maanden stil stond alles weer door Bosch vervangen.

Heb zelf ook ooit een keer Beru gebruikt.
Na een paar maanden/ paar duizend km was de rotor zo kort geworden dat het geen contact meer maakte en de motor niet meer aansloeg.
Sindsdien gebruik ik (ondertussen kleine 8 jaar verder) elke merk rotor-verdelerkap. A of B merk maakt me niet uit... IN al die jaren en 100k aan kilometers hebben ze mij wel overtuigd dat ze het gewoon goed doen.
Bougiekabels van Beru doen het nog steeds goed trouwens.

Ik heb de dichtingsring vervangen. Deze was keihard geworden. Vermoedelijk kon er zo vocht indringen.

Dus tip! als je deze spullen vervangt. Best dichting mee vervangen...
