Ik heb al een tijdje een schurend geluid onder de motorkap. Vooral te horen bij stationair draaiende motor buiten de auto. Als ik de motor stilleg, hoor ik dat geluid nog een paar seconden. Als ik aan de koelvin draai hoor ik datzelfde geluid.
Ik heb een 200D viercylinder motor dus een magneetkoppeling en geen viscokoppeling denk ik dan.
Als ik bij de bekende onderdelensites kijk, dan bieden ze me allemaal een viscokoppeling aan voor mijn model.
Weet iemand het onderdeelnummer van zo'n koppeling?
Of kan ik die enkel bij de Mercedes dealer kopen?

Als je aan de koelvin draait, maakt hij een schurend geluid. Maar ik denk dat het geluid bij koude motor van mijn hydraulische klepstoters komt.
Geluid komt overeen met deze in het filmpje rond 4.00 min..
Als kenny terug uit verlof is maak ik wel eens een afspraak voor diagnose..

Klepstoters zijn vervangen, en het tikkend geluid is verdwenen.
Echter het schurend geluid van de koelvin is nog aanwezig.
Ik heb een tip van iemand gekregen dat het lager van de koelvin zou kunnen versleten zijn.
Iemand een idee van het partnummer van dat lager?

Lager demonteren, maten opnemen en een nieuw lager bestellen bij een goede leverancier.
Doet Mercedes ook, maar doordat ze die in een Mercedes doosje stoppen zal je dieper in de buidel moeten gaan....

Weet je zeker dat je een magneetkoppeling hebt? Volgens EPC zou je een visco koppeling moeten hebben.

3 jaar geleden heb ik een nieuwe multiriem-spanrol-hevel en demper geplaatst. Het geluid is te horen als ik aan de fan draai. Daar zit ook een lager in...toch bedankt voor het meedenken...
