Ik vind sneeuw een prachtig natuurverschijnsel en vind het ook niet erg om onder deze barre weersomstandigheden de weg op te gaan. De Benz is betrouwbaar, goed onderhouden en heb een nieuwe set winterbanden eronder.

Sneeuw kent echter ook een keerzijde: het zout van Rijkswaterstaat wat op en onder de Benz vastplakt. Ik had me voorgenomen om elke twee dagen door de wasstraat te rijden maar pas vanmiddag tijd gevonden om de Benz even te (laten) wassen. Duurste programma genomen, waarbij uiteraard ook de onderkant wordt meegenomen.

Heeft toch geen zin en kans dat alles dicht vriest.

Ik ga pas na het weekend als het boven 0 is, mag dan ook wel eens na een lange tijd. Elke dag 87km enkel snelweg en veel strooizout worden ze snel vies van. Gelukkig is het niet met mijn 300TDT maar gewoon met de brood verdiende 250 , het werk paardje.
