Beste forumleden,

Ik heb alles bij elkaar om vanavond de diesellekkage op de bovenkant van mijn dieselpomp te verhelpen.
Vanmiddag kan ik de speciale 33 tands dop bij de MB dealer ophalen (€ 28)
Volgens deze beschrijving:

Inspuitpomp ventiel afdichting-1.pdf: (27.65 KiB) 511 keer gedownload

Moet ik dus deze aanhaal momenten aanhouden: 30 NM vast, los halen, nog een keer 30 NM, los en nogmaals 35 NM en klaar.
Voordat ik alles demonteer zal ik de pomp heel goed schoon maken!.

Moet ik nog ergens rekening mee houden iemand nog nuttige tips omtrent dit klusje.

Eerst de hele bovenkant goed met remmenreiniger en de luchtspuit schoon gemaakt. Dan de branstofleidingen verwijderd en ziet het er zo uit. (de inspuitleidingen ook op de verstuivers losgemaakt.

De momentsleutel ligt hier nog bij alle onderdeeltjes. Alle plunjers met de hand vast draaien. Dan op 30 NM aanhalen, lossen en nogmaals met 30 NM aanhalen, weer lossen en met 35 NM aanhalen en klaar.
Gelijk ook maar een meter retourslang meegenomen bij de dealer, anders gaat dat misschien weer lekken

Sander, ik heb de leidingen op de verstuivers losgehaald. Op de pomp er af, de kunstof klemmetjes allemaal er af (braken natuurlijk stuk) dan kun je ze makkelijk wat naar achteren plaatsen. Afgelopen week de kunstof klemmetjes allemaal vervangen.
Dat kun jij ook beter gelijk gaan doen. kost € 8,18

Welke onderdeel(nummers) heb je allemaal nodig om dit bij een 300D uit te voeren?

De lokale Benz dealer is niet de vriendelijkste als het gaat om het oude spul

Sonador, de meeste onderdeel nummer zijn al genoemd. De rubberringen en de koperringen op/in de brandstofpomp hebben de volgende bestelnummers, dus voor de 300D

Die plaatje zijn idd voor borging. Je zou kunnen denken door trillingen van de motor dat ze los zouden kunnen komen aangezien ze met een licht moment vastzitten

Inderdaad zijn het borgplaten. De koperen ringen (4) die onder de nippels zitten zijn de hoofdafdichtingen van dieselolie, deze moeten dus ook altijd vervangen worden.

Goedemiddag allemaal.

Ik heb afgelopen weekend de ventiel afdichtingen vervangen. Hoe lang kan of mag het duren voor het brandstofsysteem ontlucht is. De overtollige lucht komt dat uit bij de verstuivers onderin? Ik heb daar nu wat vocht of diesel zitten bij cilinder 6. Ik heb ook een paar maanden geleden de inspuitleiding van cilinder 5 vervangen. Het zelfde probleem gezien onder bij de verstuivers maar dit was na enkele dagen weg. Wilde eerst nog de brandplaatjes vervangen maar heb dat niet meer gedaan.
Dan nog een klein probleem (hoop ik) na het vervangen van de ventielafdichtingen trekt de auto licht trillend op ( net of ik power te kort kom ) zodra hij iets hoger in de toeren komt niets meer aan de hand. Dit doet zich voor in alle versnellingen bij lagen toeren ( ik heb geen toerenteller ).

Wie is er online
