Hallo allemaal,

Ik merk al een tijdje dat er olie lekt rond de opvoerpomp van de dieselpomp.
Nou vraag ik me af wat doet deze opvoerpomp en waarom lekt er daar olie?
is toch een dieselpomp
misschien een domme vraag

had al gelezen dat er een pakking tussen hoort.

ben dan dus van plan om deze te verwisselen.
bij de dealer af te halen neem ik aan?

tot slot
is er enige relatie met een slechte koude start en een lekke pakking bij deze opvoerpomp?

Ja dat slechte starten kan daar invloed op hebben.

De "opvoer leidingen" zijn die nog wel okay? Daar zit een messing pakking tussen, vaak gaan die lekken, en het komt dan onderaan de pomp in beeld, kijk maar eens goed.

Bij ernstige lekkage kan dat start problemen geven, lucht in de diesel krijg je dan, maar de verstuivers moeten wel okay zijn.

Het bovenste deel van de pomp wordt gesmeerd door de diesel, het onderste door motorolie.

Klopt, maar diesel lekt naar beneden, vermengd zich met smeer, en bepaal dan wat het is.
De mijne heeft dat ook gehad, wou ook de onderste pakking vervangen, had en heb de pakking nog liggen, maar oorzaak waren de messing pakkingen van de leidingen.

Ik reageerde enkel op zijn vraag hoe het mogelijk zou zijn dat de pomp olie lekt, heb zelf geen idee welke pakking min of meer de oorzaak kan zijn.

Dit lekte bij mij ook best veel olie. Pakking vervangen en al een stuk minder. Verder kwam er ook olie van de pomp. Van de onderste plaat aan de onderkant van de pomp. Daar zit ook een pakking in en die is ook eenvoudig en goedkoop te vervangen.

De olie lijkt helder van kleur, zij het vermengd met allerlei vuil. Motorloie is gitzwart en daar lijkt dit niet op. FF ruiken wellicht ?
Dieselolie zou ook het slechte starten verklaren, want dan komen er luchtbellen in de inspuitpomp / leidingen.
Zijn het niet de drukstukken bovenop de inspuitpomp ? Dat komt nl regelmatig voor.

De pomp aan de bovenkant is kurkdroog.
Ik heb van het weekend het schoon/droog gemaakt.
Dan bezien waar de lekkage vandaan komt.

lekkage was niet zo erg, maar heb eindelijk de pakking bij de dealer besteld en ontvangen.

zijn er nog zaken om rekening mee te houden bij het vervangen van de pakking en (de-)monteren van de opvoerpomp?
op moment vastzetten?
schoon werken?
olie of diesel opvangen?

het is handiger om ook het luchtfilterhuis te demonteren voor wat meer ruimte.
handvast en checken op lekkages.
