Mijn airccon werkt niet, de clutch op de compressor wordt niet bekrachtigd, Haynes schrijft bijna niks over de airco, vandaar dat ik hoop dat er op dit Forum leden zijn met een aircon system.

Heb wel 12 v op het klima relay als ik de aircon knop indruk, maar er zijn blijkbaar meerdere conditions om het geheel te laten functioneren.

Voordat ik naar een airco specialist ga om de gasdruk te laten controleren (heb de 2 drukmeters niet), wil ik een paar dingen uitsluiten, zoals de 2 pressostats op de dryer, de Klima relay achter de accu, operation conditions, etceteras.

Zijn er ForumLeden met ervaring vwb dit aircon system? bestaat er een goed electrisch schema van, tips, ....

Bij droger zit een drukschakelaar, bij genoeg druk is kontakt gemaakt. Om ff uit te proberen kan je een brugje plaatsen over schakelaar, gaat compressor dan aan dan weet je genoeg. Dit uiteraard alleen om te testen doen anders gaat je compressor er aan.

Ik heb geen climate control (see photo), dus zou het wat minder ingewikkeld moeten zijn.

Een electric schema zou mij enorm helpen in fault finding, dan kan ik stapsgewijs het een en ander checken en uitsluiten.

De enige onzekerheid is de gasdruk, maar zoals ik reeds schreef wil ik eerst de gebruikelijke variabelen/conditions checken.

Je kan eenvoudig checken of er nog druk op het systeem zit, de pennetjes op de vulnippels even kort indrukken.

Systeem zelf heeft volgens mij niet zulke sensoren(vooral de oude niet) meestal lopen die ook kapot als er te weinig in zit en degene gewoon verder ermee doorrijdt of nooit de airco nakijkt

Compressor zelf is van denso (meestal voor dat bouwjaar is het de 10p15c) de condensator en de rest is van behr

Die drukschakelaar heb ik met een multimeter doorgemeten en deze is niet gesloten (geen zero ohm), dus kan het deze schakelaar zijn die stuk is of te lage gasdruk (of beiden).
Haal ik de defecte schakelaar eruit (om een nieuwe erin te zetten), dan raak ik al mijn gasvulling kwijt.

Dus mischien met een nieuwe schakelaar naar de airconditioner specialist voor de hervulling van het system en dan maar hopen dat niet nog meer schakelaars (heb er 2 op de dryer) defect zijn.

Een te lage druk lijkt in deze het meest logische, airco's verliezen met de tijd druk en koelen dan minder.
Die drukschakelaar is de enige beveiliging om te voorkomen dat de pomp met een leeg systeem (stuk) draait.
Die heb je overbrugd, als verder alle componenten/sensoren i.o. waren geweest had het relais de pomp geschakeld.
Het bedienpaneel kan je uitlezen en geeft precies aan wat er eventueel stuk is, tot en met de print zelf.
Als die geen foutmeldingen geeft blijft het relais en de daaraan gekoppelde sensoren over.

dank voor de uitleg, hoe kan ik het "bedienpaneel" uitlezen en bedoel je de zwarte rechthoekige plug in het battery compartment, waar ik 2 pinnen (1 en 7) heb zitten in de 8 polige plug (see photo)...

Het uitlezen van de kachel/aircoprint (bedienpaneel) gaat idd via die diagnosestekker op je foto.
Hoeveel volt meet je op de blauw/rode draden die op de drukschakelaar zitten, Met draaiende motor op bedrijfstemperatuur en de airco AAN.
Airco AAN = rode ledje UIT in de knop met de sneeuwvlok/ijskristal.

Als ik de airco knop indruk gaat het rode ledje in de knop aan (wat mij logisch lijkt en staat ook in het gebruikers boekje) en meet ik 0 volt op de blue/red draad van de drukschakelaar.
dezelfde drukschakelaar is open (dus niet gesloten) wat duidt op of een kapotte schakelaar of the weinig gasdruk <2bar.

Wat zijn de fault codes die ik kan meten op de 8 polige stekker, is daar een overzicht van.
Ik moet nog wel even snel een diagnose stekker maken middels een 12v led en drukknopje om de diagnose test uit te kunnen voeren.

heb de flash code reader eraangehangen en het systeem geeft maar 1 fault code 33 (flashes).
Heb nog geen idee wat errorcode 33 betekend voor mijn aircon system, mischien dat iemand hier meer licht op kan laten schijnen.

33 = Kompressor-Abschaltsteuermodul für Klimaanlage - Kurzschluss oder Unterbrechung
Het bedienpaneel is stuk, met een beetje geluk wat broze solderingen, met wat pech verbrand.

Geert, is dit het klima relay achter de batterij of het bedieningspaneel in het middenconsol?
Klima relay is met goed fantsoen niet goed open te maken om te kontroleren, dus dat wordt een nieuwe (0025451205).
Zal morgen het bedieningspaneel loshalen en kontroleren.
