Goeiemiddag mede Benz strijders..

Ik heb na vele dingen geprobeerd te hebben nog altijd last van een motor die gauw warm wordt en eigelijk niet onder de 100/95 graden blijft..

Door de vorige eigenaar is de radiateur,thermosstaat en viscofan vervangen.

Als ik mn airco uitheb gaat het redelijk.. maar zet ik airco aan, of ik rij 140/150 op de cruise.. of rijd in de bergen en moet klimmen, wordt hij super snel warm (110 graden en soms meer, moet dan met kachel op standje sambal rijden wil ik hem rond de 100 houden..)

Afgelopen week mn koelwater afgetapt en water ingedaan.. laat 2x daags het water eruit lopen om er schoon in te doen..
Komt elke keer nog wel iets bruinig water uit.. is niet echt heel smerig water..
Ook wordt radiateur overal even warm.. en thermosstaat opend ook gewoon (toen ie er nog in zat.)

Iemand enig idee?

Heb je het koelsysteem al onder druk gezet om de koppakking te controleren?

In de bergen is 100 graden normaal (bergop) bij heet weer, maar dan moet de temperatuur niet hoger oplopen.

is de koelwaterpomp niet aan vervanging toe?

Als je het toch twee keer per dag ververst, doe er eens een paar flinke scheppen soda in. even warm rijden en weer eruit. Ik zou hem een paar uur laten staan met die soda. Maar vrees dat er toch iets anders aan de hand is als er nu steeds schoon water uitkomt. Een klap op het dashboard zal je wel al geprobeerd hebben neem ik aan.
Houd je niet teveel vast aan wat een ander heeft gedaan.

In de bergen altijd in de toeren houden 3000/3500 en zeker bij beraf liet ik die van mij altijd op de motor remmen.

Zie je geen damp bij de radiateur dop vandaan komen als hij 110 graden word anders zou je meter ook nog af kunnen wijken.

Het is lastig via internet

Zou, als je het water er weer uit hebt laten lopen, eens naar je thermostaat kijken. Zijn 2 M6 boutjes en dus zo gedaan. Wat staat er op de thermostaat qua getal wanneer hij open zou moeten gaan? En doet hij dat wel? Simpel te testen in een pannetje water wat je aan de kook brengt, dan moet je hem open zien gaan. Mooiste is natuurlijk een thermometer erbij in het water, bij een diesel zou hij bij 85 graden moeten beginnen met openen.
Als je motor die temperatuur is, +100 graden, dan neem ik aan dat je viscofan meedraait, is duidelijk te horen (als je aircofan niet aanstaat).
En zit de juiste radiator erin? En is deze goed vrij, radiator zit met 2 klemmetjes vast, is er zo uit om even tegenstrooms goed door te spoelen met de waterslang.
En zoals eerder hier al geopperd, hoe is de staat van je waterpomp en dan vooral de waaier.
Neem ook voor het gemak aan dat de plastic tunnel er gewoon opzit achter de radiator zodat de viscofan ook goed zijn werk kan doen.
Zoals Lex al zegt, vertrouw niet op wat een ander gedaan heeft!
Ik zou 1 voor 1 alles checken, het is er nu goed weer voor, ik heb het in de winter en regen gedaan........

Normaal zou ik zo'n verhaal idd niet geloven! Maar hij zei ook dat onderstel vernieuwd was, rubbers kogels en schokdempers en etc.. en dat is ook te zien dat dat zo is..

En de viscofan kun je ook zien dat ie nieuw is..

Thermostaat heb ik er momenteel uit voor het spoelen, heeft ie een betere doorstroming !

Ga morgen idd ff zon spoelmiddel bestellen..

Nu dat de thermostaat eruit is hoe is dan je temp?

Heb er vanmorgen eens opgelet en bij mij staat hij zo. In de bergen is hij nooit over de 100 geweest maar wel in zijn 2 met 2750 3500 omhoog geklommen dan blijft de waterpomp genoeg water rond gooien.

Ik heb een vraagje zonder thermostaat er in komt hij toch nooit op bedrijfstemperatuur ik zit naar de foto te kijken en hij geeft netjes 85 graden aan??

Ik neem aan dat de laatste foto is zonder thermostaat er in??
