Met de documentatie van Arjen en John heb ik het schuifdak kunnen demonteren, het dak zelf was dichtgekit maar met geduld en tijd alles kunnen verwijderen.
Van één geleider was het dakhefvleugeltje (?) afgebroken en heb ik moeten vervangen samen met 2 glijstrippen.
De schuifdakmotor eruit gehaald en even getest, en hij doet het nog.
De binnen en buiten buis van de overbrenging gangbaar gemaakt.
Daarna geprobeerd of het mechanisme wilde werken, dus niet.
Schakelaar uit het paneeltje bij de spiegel gehaald, geen spanning op de stekker.
Schema wat ik eerder van een clublid heb gekregen nagekeken wat aangeeft dat de spanning van verbindingsblok X30 moet komen.
Waar dat blok in de auto moet zitten weet ik niet, als iemand me een schemaatje kan bezorgen van de schakelaar naar de motor kan ik misschien wat anders proberen te verbinden.
Voor zover de stand van zaken, het weer in elkaar zetten van het dakpaneel moet met de documentatie wel lukken.

X30 is de zogenaamde "SA-leist", een soort stopcontact voor opties.
Die zit achter de plastik voetsteun, links in het voeteneinde, voor je linker voet.
Bedenk wel dat het schuifdak alleen op contact werkt, er zit geen permanente 12V op.
De draadkleur is trouwens zwart/geel.

Hallo alle helpers in nood,
Het heeft even geduurd maar het schuifdak gaat open en dicht met de schakelaar.
Met behulp van alle verkregen informatie heb ik de boel weer kunnen herstellen.
Het plafonnetje zit er nog niet in en daar heb ik een paar vragen over, het bestaat uit twee delen een strook van 14 cm breed een het andere deel van 45,5 cm breed, bij mij zijn dat twee losse delen maar dat gaat volgens mij niet werken en in de documenten vindt ik niets terug.
Horen deze aan elkaar vast te zitten?
Dan die twee losse glijstrippen, als ik die er los op leg vallen ze eraf als ik het dak beweeg , hoe moet dat er zitten geen gaatjes in om ze vast te zetten.
Als iemand mijn vragen kan beantwoorden graag.

Die 2 losse stripjes horen onder de rvs geleide rails ( die met de 4 schroefjes)

dan het dak hemeltje (plafonnetje zoals je zegt) dat hoort aan elkaar vast te zitten ja....en dat moet scharnieren dus daar moet je een ander voor vinden denk ik.

Is het de bedoeling dat het opstaande randje van ongeveer 5 mm onder die strip met de vier schroefjes komt ?
En de bekleding blijft gewoon onder die losse strip zitten ?
Overigens zie ik licht door de achterkant van het luik, de afdichting is waarschijnlijk te oud en niet flexibel meer, daar gaat hij lekken.
Is er nog een oplossing om dit sluitend te maken of moet er gewoon een nieuwe afdichting in ?
Hoor/lees je mening graag.

Hallo clubgenoten,
Mijn schuifdak gaat nu wel open en dicht maar de schakelaar werkt niet zoals het moet.
Voor het openen schuif ik de schakelaar naar achter, wat volgens mij goed is.
Voor het sluiten moet ik de knop indrukken dan sluit het dak en gaat vervolgens omhoog.
Nou vermoed ik dat ik de micro-schakelaars in de verkeerde volgorde heb terug geplaatst.
Het schemaatje wat ik heb gekregen geeft aan S1,S2 en S3 voor de micro-schakelaars.
Maar hier kom ik niet uit want de kleurcode als op het schema komt niet overeen met wat is gemonteerd .
Wat ik heb zijn micro-schakelaars met de volgende bedrading ; GEEL en ROOD/ZWART _ GEEL/ROOD en ROOD/ZWART_
VIOLET en ZWART, hoe kan ik die koppelen met die S1,S2 en S3 ?
En in welke volgorde moet ik die monteren
Niet eenvoudig te vinden maar in de club is vast wel iemand die dit probleem kan oplossen hoop ik.
Wie kan me hiermee verder helpen?

Is het niet makkelijker om de volgorde van de draden in de stekker van de bedieningsschakelaar om te wisselen?
Zijn maar 4 draden dus moet wat trail and error zo gefikst zijn denk ik.
En de stekker klik je zo open dus is niet veel werk.

Hallo,
De foto geeft de oplossing, de buitenste violet met zwart, de middelste geel/rood met rood/zwart en de binnenste geel met rood/zwart precies als mijn bedrading.
Omdat de micro-schakelaars nu al los hangen moet ik ze alleen in de juiste volgorde terug plaatsen.
Zodra dat gebeurt is bericht ik jullie of het werkt.

De schakelaar werkt, schuif hem naar achter gaat het dak open, schuif hem naar voren en hij gaat weer dicht en voor het laatste stukje om hem te sluiten druk ik op de knop om hem omhoog en dus dicht te krijgen.
Druk ik echter te lang dan gaat het achterste deel van het luik verder omhoog.
Er is dus geen tussen stand van gewoon enkel dicht, klopt dit ?
Het hemeltje zit er nog niet in zodat ik kan zien of het dak echt dicht is.
Nu zitten er aan elke kant zo een vleugeltje die het hemeltje omhoog moeten drukken, die zitten niet vast, hoe werkt dat?
Er zit een nieuwe afdichting in of die ook waterdicht is moet ik nog uitproberen.
Stap na stap komen we naar de voltooiing en dus de APK

Je moet het dak opnieuw afstellen in de nulstand.....zoek even hier op het forum...ik heb er een soort how to van gemaakt in het verleden.

het schuifdakhemeltje schuif je in deze vleugeltjes ...en deze vleugeltjes tillen dan het binnenhemeltje mee omhoog.

Ja ik heb de afdichting gekocht bij de dealer in Den Haag,kosten 145,19 euro,kreeg 15 % korting.

Nog bedankt voor je reactie op mijn vragen, maar ik ben er nog niet uit.
De afstelling is eender zoals beschreven in de eerdere documentatie die ik heb gekregen.
Als het dak sluit gaat het niet vanzelf omhoog bij het sluiten maar moet ik even op de schakelaar drukken dan komt het frame nog een stukje verder naar voren en gaat het dak omhoog , ik zoek verder.
Het hemeltje is een ander probleem, wat ik gelezen heb is dat er wat in het Duits heet een <Schutzrohr> aan het kleinste deel van het hemeltje moet zitten wat er bij mij niet aanzit,en op de foto in dat document zie ik dat de twee delen niet aan elkaar vast zitten dus hoe zit dat?
Mijn vraag is er iemand waar ik even kan spieken hoe dat nou echt zit, afstand is geen bezwaar zolang het niet in Groningen is of een afbeelding waaruit duidelijk blijkt hoe het in elkaar zit.
Uiteindelijk zal het wel goed komen want opgeven is er niet bij.

de 2 delen moeten aan elkaar vast zitten (scharnieren) ja.....ik denk dat je op zoek moet naar een goede gebruikte.
ik heb ze niet meer...ze worden schaars...welke kleur moet hij zijn grijs of beige ?

als het hemeltje in orde zou zijn dan zet je het dak 3/4 open...en dan schuif je van bovenaf het hemeltje er in.
let wel op of het plastic kabelgeleidings stukje (tube) nog op het hemeltje zit want die heb je echt nodig
