Hoi, vandaag met de 280TE - 1992 de gehele namiddag rondgereden, redelijk wat stopplaatsen moeten doen. Plots gaat de CV niet meer. Zowel openen en sluiten. Tijdens het verder rijden probeer ik de orthopedische zetel, ook hier geen functie. Bij het zachter zetten van de radio hoor ik de pomp zoemen... . 's avonds thuisgekomen blijft deze pomp verder zoemen. Ik voel onder de zetel, de bekleding zeer warm. Alles gedemonteerd en de pomp was niet te hanteren > pokkewarm! Heb deze afgekoppeld en laten afkoelen. Is het hier zomaar een nieuwe pomp te kopen of kan dit een reden hebben? Betreft een Bosch pomp 0 132 006 327 - 124 800 10 48

Lijkt er eerder op dat er ergens een slangetje afligt waardoor er geen onder of overdruk meer gehaald kan worden. In dat geval blijft de pomp ook gewoon een tijdje draaien en warm wordt hij dan wel, heeft geen koelfan en zit ingepakt in schuimrubber.
Zou eerst eens testen of je pompje het nog doet, vermoed zomaar van wel. (Achterbankzitting eruit, vinger op 1 van de tuitjes en vergrendeling of stoel bedienen. Hij zal dan zuigen of blazen. Pompje is gewoon een schottenpompje, bijna onverwoestbaar.)
Als hij het idd nog doet dan wordt het zoeken naar het lek!

Pomp werkt nog, ongelooflijk. Nu inderdaad zoeken... zal beginnen met bestuurdersdeur en koffer, beiden worden eigenlijk voor 90% gebruikt...

Gaan alle deuren nog wel dicht?, kijk eens of er toevallig een pen van 1 van de deuren niet omhoog gaat.
Kan namelijk ook zijn dat er een vacuümopener in de deur stuk is.

Ik ga beginnen met de stoel, makkelijkst te controleren, verder werkt er geheel niets meer... geen enkele deur. Dus groot verlies? Wel de koplampafstelling, geen problemen mee.

Koplamp afstelling komt van de motor dus dat kan wel kloppen dat die er geen last van heeft .

De zoektocht begonnen: stoel nagekeken, hangt niets los of geen breuk. Daarna bekleding bestuurdersdeur gedemonteerd en de luchtleiding losgekoppeld. pomp aangesloten en weinig druk of onderdruk te voelen. Hoor wel gesuis in de wagen. Uiteindelijk blijkt dat van de pomp te komen. Meer bepaald tussen de pompunit en verdeelblok. Heb hierbij de verdeelblok losgemaakt, één aansluitstuk is gebroken. In ieder geval een andere halen voor de zoektocht kan verder gezet worden... . Al zou het mooi zijn dat dit de oorzaak was...

Zou, als je handig genoeg bent, de pomp eens open maken. Ik weet dat bij de enkele versies de pomp met een slangetje naar de behuizing loopt en aan de binnenzijde ook op een slangpilaar geschoven zit (als ik me goed herrinner, is al een paar jaar geleden.). Om geen 400 + euro's voor een nieuwe of een lange zoektocht voor een 2de hands (bij een auto zonder opblaasstoel heeft de pomp namelijk maar 1 uitwendige slangpilaar) te beginnen zou ik hem simpelweg openmaken, bij de kapotte slangpilaar deze opboren en een stukje tubing met dezelfde diameter als de slangpilaar erin lijmen. Slang aan de binnenzijde erop, aansluitblok er weer op en voila.
Ook als er aan de binnenzijde geen slangpilaar zit zou je dit nog kunnen proberen.
Zomaar een idee .

Je ka natuurlijk ook proberen de afgebroken slangpilaar er terug op te lijmen om het uit te sluiten. Weet alleen niet of dit gaat, weet niet wat voor soort plastic het is. Als het PE of PP is dan wordt moeilijk.
Wat je ook nog zou kunnen doen is een boutje welke geen vol draad heeft met dezelfde buitendiameter als de slangpilaar (als deze tenminste een rond getal is, 4, 5 of 6 mm), deze hol boren, op lengte maken met nog een klein stukje draad en deze op de plek van de afgebroken slang pilaar erin zetten.
En zo zullen er nog wat mogelijkheden zijn.

Hersteld met 2 componenten, perfecte oplossing. Net geplaatst... maar probleem blijft. Ik voel aan de gele luchtdarm aan de bestuurdersdeur een licht drukverschil, moeilijk waarneembaar. Als je er uw "lip" tegen plaatst voel je druk of onderdruk. Is dit normaal? Ik vermoed dat hier nu ook geen 1 bar door hoeft... Moet nog 1 deur demonteren, maar voorlopig niets gevonden.

Een manuele onder- drukpomp gaan halen. Systeem getest, de ZV (vergrendeling) werkt dan perfect, openen en sluiten. Houd ook deze druk of onderdruk makkelijk 45min aan. Denk dat de pomp de enige reden is... Dus op zoek naar een vervanger... > 124 800 10 48 of 124 800 28 48

Heb je je pomp ook getest met de handpomp? Ik bedoel dan de handpomp op de cv pomp aansluiten en de cv pomp onderdruk of overdruk laten trekken door hem aan te sturen. Er zitten tenslotte ook slangetjes in en andere kunststof onderdelen die misschien lekken. Je kan ook even het pompje zelf open schroeven, is een schottenpompje, kun je in ieder geval zien wat er dan mis is. En misschien valt het gewoon te fiksen als het een intern slangetje, kunststof onderdeeltje, filtertje of terugslagklepje is .

Volgens mij, kun je ook een pomp met maar 1 aansluiting ombouwen naar 2, nu je het afgebroken deel van je pomp weer gelijmd hebt. Volgens mij, zijn al die binnenwerken hetzelfde verder.

Pomp moet binnen 3 seconden 420 mbar overdruk of 420 mbar onderdruk kunnen verzorgen trouwens.

Pomp met orthopedische functie heeft een aansluitingsdraad extra de platte stekker heeft 3 draden, de middelste draad heb ik in die van mij van het optieblok afgehaald

Ik vermoed dat deze gescheiden zijn, één zijde voor de ZV (vergrendeling) en de andere voor de orthopedische stoel? Klopt dit? Als ik dus dit kanaaltje (orthopedische stoel?) druk geef of onderdruk kan ik niets waarnemen, maar ook geen luchtverlies...

Dat klopt idd en de CV werkt ook anders dan de orthopedie, dat kan je eenvoudig testen:
De (CV) activeren door de auto te sluiten of te openen via een voordeur, de pomp moet gaan draaien.
Dan het (CV!) pilaartje afdichten: de pomp moet dan stoppen.
(bij + of - 0,45 bar schakelt een drukschakelaar de pomp uit)
Blijft de pomp draaien heb je een inwendige lekkage, een defecte drukschakelaar of is de pomp stuk (verbrand?) en
kan deze die 0,45 bar onder- of bovendruk niet meer bereiken. Haal je je vinger weg, moet de pomp trouwens uit blijven.

Voor het orthopedie deel moet de sleutel eerst 'op contact' gedraaid worden.
De pomp moet dan gaan draaien en als je het orthopedie pilaartje met een vinger afdicht moet de pomp stoppen.
Haal je je vinger weg moet de pomp weer beginnen te draaien enz enz..
Er is ook nog een orthopedisch-voorraadtankje verstopt, onder de achterbank links, voor het komfortrelais.
