Het is weer sleutel weer! Even een vraagje: de aandrijfassen (van diff naar wiel) zijn L & R identiek? Ik vind nummer A210 3508410 maar er zijn 2 maten, 664 en 654mm?? Kan m er ook eerst onderuit halen en meten natuurlijk. Het gaat bij mij om de rechter as zonder ASD onder de 300E uit '86. De centrale moer vervangen en zijn er verder nog tips/adviezen?

Volgens mij zijn ze identiek. De twee verschillende maten komt sowieso foor de optie ASD. Ik heb ook nog wel wat steekasssn liggen welke je zou kunnen gebruiken en/of om te meten. Zonder ads is de aandrijfas langer.

Sleutelen gaat vrij makkelijk. Zes of acht bouten bij het dif en een grote bout voor die centrale moer. Kan zijn dat alles behoorlijk is vastgerot dus verbaas je niet als je die centrale moer eerst warm moet stoken. Verder moet je er om denken om eerst die inkepingen van de centrale moer los te wippen, anders lukt het je nooit haha

Toch geen linkse draad he..heb ik eens gehad met de moer van een versnellingsbak van een landrover

ik heb 655 gekocht maar het is nooit zeker of de hub past en of de flansche van de diff goed is je hebt op de 300E 110mm en 100mm en als je aandrijfas nu 100mm is dan moet je andere flansche zoeken

Meestal te krijgen door een sloop diff te kopen

okay dank. Flens is 110 aan diff zijde, zonder centreer nok. Als ie al linkse en rechtse draad zou hebben zit de linkse draad aan de linkerzijde toch? Rechts is sws altijd rechtse draad volgens mijn logica??
Met geduld, kruipolie, gasbrander en slagmoersleutel moet het lukken. Anders kan ik altijd nog gaan boren....

Is allemaal standaard draad, hoogstens wat fijner dan je gewend ben. Linksomdraaien is dus los. Ik zelf heb die centrale as-moer ook roodgloeiend gestookt en met een elektrische slagmoersleutels los gekregen. Achteraf was het een leuke klus maar van te voren was ik wel een beetje bang dat het nooit goed Zal komen. Je zou ook een inkeping kunnen slijpen op de moer en hem met een hamer lostikken of gewoon die hele bout eraf/ een snee in kunnen slijpen. Dan komt ie sowieso wel los! Succes in ieder geval.

ik heb t effe opgezocht in t Haynes-boek. Staat inderdaad niks in over linkse draad ofzo.
En nu ik erover nadenk; als t linkse draad is dan zijn er op de moer vaak inkepingen zijn aangebracht. Net als bij een gasfles-aansluiting

As is er onderuit! Ging niet van harte, moest de spanning eruit boren.
De as is 654mm lang van einde draad tot aanslag flens. Je kan je nauwelijks voorstellen hoe zo'n as krom kan raken toch is dat hopelijk de reden voor lichte resonantie bij hogere snelheden. Ik zag m beetje zwabberen in de opgebokte testopstelling. Zou ook nog speling kunnen zijn in uitgaande flens van diff? Daar zweet ie beetje olie, alleen radiaal keerring of ook lager? Axiale speling is met de hand niet voelbaar. Eerst maar nieuwe as eronder en als dat het niet is moet toch het diff eronder uit voor revisie. Dank voor alle adviezen en hulp.

Mooi dat het gelukt is! mocht je nog een differentieel met bijbehorende aandrijfdelen nodig heb ik er nog wel 2 liggen. een 3.46 en 2.65 uit mijn hoofd, bij interesse zal ik even kijken.
