Ik heb bij mijn e320coupe de aircopomp moeten vervangen omdat deze lekte, direct de droger mee vervangen.

Nadat ik hem heb laten vullen wil de pomp niet aanspringen, zodra ik de eco modus uitzet draait de pomp 1seconde en stopt er dan weer mee. Moet auto helemaal uitzetten dan starten met eco modus aan en zodra je het uitzet draait hij weer 1seconde

Ben ermee naar de garage geweest en hun hebben vanalles doorgemeten en komen er niet uit.

Verder is het airco/kickdown relais al vervangen deze was volgens de garage doorgebrand, volgens de garage zijn de 2 sensoren op de droger in orde.

Wie heeft hier verstand van en zou mij graag willen helpen dit op te lossen

Ik zou zeggen; handmatig aansturen (stekker eraf, gewoon zelf met een plusje aan komen) en met een manometersetje kijken wat de drukken doen.
Wel opletten dat ze niet gelijk de pan uit stijgen; dan weer los.
Kan zijn dat de pressostaat hem uitschakelt namelijk.

Ik zou het in de druksensoren (minimale en maximale druk) en de drukkken zelf zoeken.
Wellicht heb je iets aan dit document.

De druksensoren zijn niet het probleem, kheb ze doorverbonden gehad bij de sensor met de zwarte stekkers deed hij niks

En bij die rode sensor hetzelfde enige wat gebeurd was dat de 2 elektrische fans aangingen.

Mijn garage denkt dat het miss in de motorcomputer of die klimatronic computer.

Het grote relais achter de accu is al nieuw.

Heb echt geen idee meer waar het kan zitten word er lichtelijk gek van.

Komt de electromagnetische koppeling op je compressor wel in, .... ook dit kan je handmatig bedienen door 12V op de spoel te zetten en kijk dan of die aantrekt/koppelt.

Ook kan je de airco-foutcodes uitlezen op de 8 polige diagnostic connectorbox in de accuruimte, zit tegen de wand gemonteerd boven het duoventiel van de kachelverwarmingsslangen.

Ben er vorig jaar ook mee bezig geweest en was alleenmaar te lage hoeveelheid gas in het systeem (moet ongeveer 1100gram gas in gaan).

Heeft de airco nog weer een tijd(je) normaal gewerkt nadat dat doorgebrande aircorelais is vervangen?
En heb je zelf gezien dat de magneetkoppeling op de pomp, na inschakelen van de airco, daadwerkelijk 1 SEC.
heeft gekoppeld of concludeer je dat omdat het rode ledje op de knop na 1 SEC. weer gaat branden?

Het relais is vervangen nadat hij het al nietmeer deed , volgens de airco boer waar ik hem gevuld had was het relais kapot.

Wat betreft het 1seconde lopen heb ik met eige ogen gezien misschien ist iets minder als 1seconde maar zeker niet meer

Weet iemand hoe ik hem kan uitlezen en heeft iemand toevalig een storingcode overzicht?

Want het relais N6 is nieuw lijkt me niet dat dat de boosdoener is.

De toerentalsensor op de pomp lijkt me niet stuk. Als deze wel stuk zou zijn, komt er geen toerentalsignaal van de
pomp binnen op het relais. Dat signaal is een voorwaarde om de pomp te schakelen en die wordt geschakeld.

Of een versleten magneetkoppeling, die kan (gaan) slippen.

Zoals het er nu naar uitziet is er zowiezo teveel olie in het systeem aanwezig, kan voorlopig niet verder systeem moet gespoeld worden en dan aangevult met olie.

Koste hiervoor zijn belachelijk gaat over 800euro minimaal dus voorlopig weer geen airco.

Toch bedankt allemaal voor de tips denk dat ik hier in de winter misschien weer mee verder ga.

Ik zou gewoon de airco pomp losmaken. Even leeg maken via de achterkant. Vervolgens flesje airco olie kopen goede hoeveelheid erin. Systeem handmatig doorverbinden met zekering en druksensors meenemen en externe knopje plaatsen. vervolgens gas erin en rijden. Ik rijd al meer dan 4 jaar rond met eigen gemaakte schema voor mijn airco. werkt prima. Ergens op het W126 forum moet ook een tekenening staan van how to.
