Dag sleutelvrienden, hopelijk genieten jullie van de zomer!
Van mijn 300E uit 1986 (M103 983, tran 722 320) heeft de kickdown het nooit gedaan. Vandaag had ik tijd om eens te kijken wat er scheelt.
1) Solenoid werkt, geen draadbreuk tussen solenoid en schakelaar.
2) Schakelaar (onder gaspedaal) doet het, sluit bij indrukken en heeft 4 polige aansluiting met 5 draden. Twee pinnen van schakelaar zijn verbonden met bus 6 van KD relais (0025452705) dus
3) geen draadbreuk tussen relais en schakelaar.
Echter , ik meet (met contact aan) GEEN spanning op een van de connectors naar de schakelaar. Daar zou 12v op moeten komen vanuit het relais. Relais krijgt puls van vliegwielsensor, heb ik begrepen maar vliegwielsensor heeft een draad naar ontstekingsmodule en waar pikt het relais dat signaal op en kun je dat meten? Ik kan geen schema vinden met 5 draden en op WIS is niets te vinden over KD testen. Wie weet raad? dank

Dank Geert, sorry voor late reactie maar was paar dagen op reis. Je uitleg verklaart een hoop, ik heb idd niet gemeten met draaiende motor. Ga morgen checken! Nogmaals dank

Ook met draaiende motor geen 12V op de pinnen ven de kickdown stekker onder het gaspedaal.... Dus relais krijgt geen signaal van toerentalsensor (hoe kun je dat meten?) of relais is defect... Of zie ik iets over het hoofd? Advies welkom, groet

Volgens het schema moet je minimaal 5300 toeren hebben voordat het relais schakelt.

"less than 5300 r/m" = minder dan 5300 r/m geschakeld en wordt 12V doorgegeven.
Boven de 5300 wordt de schakeling verbroken.

Het toerental komt wel binnen, dat is nl ook een voorwaarde om de brandstofpompen van 12V te voorzien en
daarmee de motor te laten draaien.

ah dank heren, dank blijft niet veel over dan defect relais. Ga ik omruilen met een verse. Verklaart misschien ook waarom de koudestart injector het niet doet?

Nieuw relais erin en kick-down werkt naar behoren! Ik had 2 nieuwe besteld: 1 van 15 euro bij AliExpress en een originele "New Old Stock" via ebay USA voor 80 dollar + shipping&handling. Beide werken al is de chinese wat dikker van formaat en past maar net in de houder....
Draadje kan op slot!
