Hallo,

Ik ben Jeroen, momenteel 20 jaar oud en ik studeer HBO accountancy. Daarnaast werk ik bij Lidl, TMg en doe ik nog enkele andere klusjes in de vrije tijd. Als hobby heb ik voornamelijk vespa ciao's en tegenwoordig een Mercedes

Eind 2016 ben ik op zoek gegaan naar een oldtimer Mercedes. Na 2 maanden zoeken heb ik een rode W124 gevonden in Eindhoven. Op dat moment was de kilometerstand 157.227. Helaas zonder onderhoudshistorie of NAP.

Mooi hoor hij glimt je tegemoet maar je motorkap is die wat dof het is moeilijk te zien op de foto s???

Gaaf hoor, gefelicteerd!

Het "brandweer" rood zou niet persé mijn keuze zijn, maar hij ziet er keurig uit!

Ik vind die eerste serie W124 zo mooi.
Ik ben op dit moment mijn 1995 model aan het "downgraden" naar een Mopf0, precies zoals die van jou.

Ik zou even een goede technische check laten doen, en zodoende een onderhouds-geschiedenis op gaan bouwen.
Het zal je ongetwijfeld wat kosten, maar daar pluk je later de vruchten van!

Dat is het belangrijkste toch als hij technisch maar goed is en de motorkap is dat niet meer te poetsen of heb je dat al geprobeerd??

Ik heb de motorkap wel eens proberen te poetsen, volgens Google ontstaat dit bij rode lak uit de guldentijd.
Polijsten en iedere 2 maanden waxen is een oplossing, echter ben ik dat nog even aan het overwegen.

Deel volledig de mening van Marcellus ! Ben zelf ook wel content van het feit dat het nu eens geen grijze W124 is. Nadeel is wel bij ongeval met een zeldzamere kleur minder kans op okkasie vervangingsparts en rood op een auto die veel buiten slaapt verliest de kleur sneller zijn 'waarde' en wordt matter en roziger. Maar er staan hier thuis nu ook 2 grijze, 1 knalrode en de donker groene W124 op de oprit.

Marcellus inmiddels ben ik het wel gewend, ik vind het ook een leuke kleur!
In een straal van 20 kilometer ben ik de enige met een rode Mercedes, ik word nu overal herkend

Nou marcellus...Zoek jij maar een signaalrood, dan neem ik jouw bornit 280 wel over
