Ik wil mijn glas gaan vervangen van de koplamp unit..Dus alleen het glas..Hoe kan dat het beste gedaan worden en hoe?..

Nu zie je alle bevestigingen van de koplamp en kun je 'm er uithalen. wel eerst de vacuümslang en de stekker er af halen

Owh ja, de vaatwasser doet wonderen

Kun je gelijk het glas er opnieuw in kitten met een beglazingskit. de oude zal wel uitgedroogd zijn

En gelijk mijn E500 look koplampglazen kopen en erin knallen , als je een facelift hebt tenminste

Het glas zit met 4 klemmen vast op het koplamphuis; 2 boven en 2 onder. Die moet je met een schroevendraaier omhoog wippen om het glas los te krijgen. Doe dit voorzichtig en buig ze niet verder omhoog dan strikt nodig is, ze breken nl snel af. Mocht dat gebeuren dan kun je het glas wel weer vastzetten met een tie wrap.

Ik had overigens een nieuw glas van Hella gekocht - met € 85,- niet heel goedkoop - en daar krijg je keurig een nieuwe rubberen afdichtingsstrip bij, hoef je niet te kitten. Na demontage bleek dat de reflector ook moest worden vervangen, het folie aan de bovenkant was helemaal bobbelig geworden...

Ja de reflectoren heb ik bij die van mij ook vervangen
