ik zie eigenlijk nooit of bijna nooit een vrouw in een W124 rijden, en ik vermoed dat er ook niet veel op dit forum zijn.

is het dan toch een mannenauto?? hoe komt dat

ik zie wel geregeld vrouwen in een 190 of in een W123 rijden.

vroeg ik me gewoon eens af.

in het algemeen houden vrouwen van kleine auto's en de W124 is mischien net iets te groot

Mijn vrouw rijdt er met veel plezier in hoor! Ze is er heel enthousiast over, wat ik eigenlijk nooit had gedacht. Ze hield nooit zo van grote bakken, maar dit rijdt allemaal zo soepel dat ze er zo mee weg rijdt. En ze is maar 1,62m dus ook niet te lang.

Een grappig verhaal is dat toen mijn 190 een keer bij de garage stond, ik al leenauto een W124 230CE mee kreeg. Alles elektrisch, leren bekleding, stoel verwarming, het hele verhaal. Op gegeven moment moest ze er een keer mee weg, ze zag het eigenlijk niet zitten en ik hield mijn hart vast. Toch wel een flinke slag groter dan m'n toenmalige 190. Komt ze enthousiast thuis!

Die van mij (1 meter 58) rijd liever in onze Saab Griffin maar rijd ook in de 500 met veel plezier.

Ze vind de Saab alleen comfortabeler.

Die van mij (1.64) rijdt er ook erg graag in! Is zelf een Citroën C3 gewend, maar vind de Benz toch wel fijner om te rijden en vind het maar wat stoer dat hij nog zo goed van z'n plek komt!
Wat een compliment he, dat een nieuwe auto het toch aflegt tegen een van 23 jaar!

Mijn broer heeft een maand geleden zijn nieuwe Focus opgehaald en wilde na een verjaardag een keer met de MB rijden naar huis en ik heb zijn focus gereden.

Zijn reaktie was voor mij geen verrassing. De 18 jaar oude MB wint

Die garage heet "Care4cars" en zit aan het Kattegat, bij de ambulance en schildersbedrijf Groen, vlak naast de N3.

Ik ben er sinds november 2008 in onderhoud geweest. "Geweest", want de laatste tijd werd ik er niet vrolijk van. Het komt er eigenlijk op neer dat als je niet voortdurend contact opneemt, er weinig gebeurt bij lastigere klussen. Voor een normale beurt of iets simpels gaat het allemaal goed, maar zoals met mijn problemen heeft het 3 weken geduurd, wat in mijn optiek tamelijk absurd is. Verder is het een ontzettend aardige vent die je bepaald het vel niet over de oren trekt. Maar prioriteiten stellen is niet zijn sterkste kant. Als je daarmee om kunt gaan, heb je een prima garage.

Ik ga dus terug naar mijn "oude" garage, Gebr. Van der Heiden op Dubbeldam. Die hebben me zo'n 20 jaar lang prima behandeld. En als ik echt een expert nodig heb, weet ik dat ik in Klundert moet zijn bij Peter Heijstek.

iedereen die meerijdt is daarmee altijd positief verrast en vertellen het weer door

weet je wat die in zijn auto heeft!

Ik heb de auto van de beste man overgenomen.

Moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik toen ik hem voor het eerst zag niet zo vrolijk werd.
Auto was in mijn ogen behoorlijk geleefd, en erg vuil.

Maar naar een grondige inspectie geen ernstige beschadigingen tegegekomen.

Maar dit was minimaal en valt de meeste mensen niet eens op gelukkig.

heb de auto meteen een grote beurt gegeven olie ververst enderegelijke maar ook nieuwe remblokken en schijven gegeven.
Hij rijdt nu geweldig en ben er helemaal trots op. Perfecte auto

toen we over een nieuwe oude wagen dachten, en een 'fiscaal vriendelijke' wilden, dus ouder dan 15 jr, maar wel goed om veel in te rijden, keken we eens op de 2e hands sites om te zien wat voor wagens er dan om uit te kiezen zijn. tja, toch weer een Volvo, of een Benz? mijn liefje zag dat laatste niet zo zitten. een Mercedes? en dan nog die kleur. dood zou ze er nog niet in gevonden willen worden.

toch gekocht. en afgelopen donderdag eindelijk opgehaald. wat een wagen, heerlijk gewoon. enfin, meestal rijdt zij de ritjes in het weekeinde, ik ben meer een bijrijder. dus pakt ze zaterdag de sleutels van de 280... en zondag ook. ik op mijn plaatsje rechts voorin. en maandag is mijn papa dag. dus onder het motto, ik moet meer kms maken, pakt ze hem weer.

nu ben ik niet zo'n auto-fan. je moet ermee van a naar b. veilig, dat zeker. en liefst niet al te duur. toch mis ik die kar nu al een beetje.

mijn vrouw rijd al 2 jaar iedere dag in haar W124 200E automaat naar haar werk, en daar rijd ze een E klasse van 7 maanden oud (taxi)

Mijn vriendin rijd de meeste kilometers zo'n 400 kilometers per week ze wilde eerst een kleinere auto een 190 maar nou is ze hem gewend en is toch wel fijn zo.n grote kofferbak buggy er in boot schappen er bij geen probleem.

Tuurlijk, ongeveer 500km per week in haar 300D.
