Vorige week bij de Albert Heijn xl in Vlissingen,
deze mooie geïmporteerde 200E. Weinig roest en ook van binnen heel netjes.

Afgelopen week twee maal raak, ergens op de Nederlandse snelwegen...

Zondag 3 september jl. was er weer de jaarlijkse "Stars and Coffee", georganiseerd door Klaas de Poel te Surhuisterveen. Ik was uiteraard even van de partij want slechts een half uurtje rijden vanuit mijn dorpje in Friesland

En daar was het makkelijk W124's spotten

Wel zonde dat de ambulance total-loss is gereden en ja het is een idee om er 1 om te bouwen maar dan zou ik er wel iets van een tent bij aan zetten

En dan te bedenken dat er ooit in Nederland in elke uithoek zo'n W124 ambulance reed...

Eerste toelating internationaal: 24-2-1988.
Eerste toelating nationaal: 25-6-1997.

Aantal eigenaren: 11 (15 incl. autobedrijven).
Sinds 3-10-2021 bij de huidige eigenaar.

Opmerkelijk: het rechter voorscherm is later gemonteerd want heeft een afwijkende kleur én is afkomstig van een turbodiesel (zie luchtinlaat). Ach, nu de onderdelen schaarser beginnen te worden, neem je blijkbaar ook genoegen met iets origineels wat een beetje afwijkt. De velgen vind ik niet fraai, er zijn toch wel mooiere exemplaren verkrijgbaar. 8-loch bijv. of gewoon Gullideckel.
