Vanmiddag op de A15 reed richting Tiel deze W124 cabriolet, in mooi donkergroen.

Vanochtend, op de A58 richting Tilburg, deze S124. Ik was op weg naar Belgisch Limburg, een benzinetank van 90L (ook wel een 'taxi-tank' genaamd, artikelcode A1244709501) ophalen bij The White Rider (Michael)

En eenmaal in België zag ik rechts nog een 200D geparkeerd staan.

Vanavond, ik reed op de A58 nabij Rilland richting Brabant na een heerlijk dagje Zeeland. In tegengestelde richting reed een mooie rode S124. De dashcam registreert alles, ik hoef alleen de tijd te onthouden om de beelden terug te vinden

Vanmiddag op de A2 deze W124 met anhanger (eerste auto van links). Wederom slechte beeldkwaliteit. Dat ligt niet aan de camera maar aan de stand van de zon en de snelheid van de auto. Evenwel zijn de contouren van de W124 toch wel zichtbaar

Vanochtend op weg naar m'n werk, passeert mij in Tilburg op de Ringbaast-West deze W124 E220 uit 1993. In 2017 geïmporteerd en sinds 6 juli 2020 bij de huidige eigenaar.

Netjes gedaan qua plaatwerk, maar desalniettemin lelijk.

Herkenbaar, dat stoppen als je een andere W124 ziet staan. Vandaag zag ik er zowaar ook weer één staan. Dus stoppen en 'schieten'.

Ben het met je eens: oerlijke achterklep maar wel apart! Kijk hoe het derde remlicht in de klep is verzonken, alsof Mercedes zelf het zo heeft bedacht. Boven de achterlamp-unit rechts zie je nog wat (rest)schade en roestplekjes?

Wat past er niet in het rijtje

met vrienden gaan voetballen en ikke als laatste aangekomen

Vanmiddag in Tilburg, deze E220 Coupé. Is jarenlang in bezit geweest van mijn garagist (2e eigenaar) en onlangs verkocht aan één van zijn familieleden. Heeft werkelijk alle opties die toen verkrijgbaar waren. Behalve electrische ramen achter...daar snap ik dan weer niets van

Zie bijlage...stamt uit 1992, toen de E220 Coupé nog niet was geïntroduceerd. Het geeft je een idee welke opties beschikbaar waren. Een 'kale' 230CE deed 102.370 gulden. En dan had je stoffen bekleding, raamslingers en een 5-bak.
Als je vervolgens alle opties nam, was je grofweg het dubbele kwijt. Daar kocht je een fors huis voor
