Gister de linker deur uit elkaar gehaald. Elektrische raam had er wat moeite mee af en toe. Helaas nog niet helemaal bereikt wat ik wilde. Motortje open gehaald en het oude vet er zo goed mogelijk uit gelepeld. Helaas kreeg ik het tandwiel er niet uit zodat ik er alles uit kon halen. Toch wat nieuw vet erop en ook de geleiders wat gesmeerd. Uiteindelijk de raam nog wat gesteld omdat deze volgens mij te ver naar achter zat zodat het ook stroever ging dan hoort. Hij gaat al wat beter op en neer. Maar niet zoals ik gehoopt had.

Verder moet er nog iets aan de stuurbekrachtiging gedaan worden. De de poelie giert nogal als ie koud is. En ik ben van mening dat hij zwaar stuurt. Denk dat de pomp aan vervanging toe is......??

Verder zit er speling op een koppeling in de cardanas waardoor de auto zoemt met accelereren en in bochten naar links.

Ook zit ik er nog aan te denken om er sportline veren onder te zetten

Ik neem an dat je al gecontroleerd hebt of er nog genoeg stuurbekrachtigingsolie in zit? Als die aan de lage kant staat en stuurt, geeft ie ook een heel typisch jankend geluid.

En Sportline, dat verschil zat hem toch ook in de draagarmen? Niet alleen de veren toch, of ben ik in de war?

Het hoekje dorpel/wielkast is terug in ere hersteld. Direct daarna een dikke kwast menie er op gezet.
Dan heb ik vandaag ook de achterbrug er onder uit gerukt.

De brug is geen slechte, en heb ik nu op overstock... Ik heb een iets zwaardere (dikkere assen) gereed liggen voor montage.

Vandaag de ster van de motorkap eruit gesloopt.
Keek gister en hij lag plat op de motorkap.
Het kan giet aluminium moeheid zijn, maar ik geef de mogelijke daders nu nog het voordeel van de twijfel, ik ken ze ook niet, zou ook niet weten wie dat hier zou doen, vandaar mijn eerste gedachte, dit is voor het eerst in 8 of 9 jaar dat ik Benz rij.

Morgenvroeg direct naar Wensink een nieuwe echte halen, 44 euro had ik me laten vertellen, zonder wil ik niet.

Ik had een reserve van Ebay, maar die past niet, er zit verschil in de maten, ik moet 45 mm doorsnee plaat hebben.
Die heeft Wensink Meppel vast wel.

Het is gebeurd onder mijn afgesloten op slot zijnde carport, vreemd, vandaar de gedachte giet aluminium moeheid.

Nieuwe ster gehaald en geplaatst geplaatst, 38,95 bij Wensink Meppel.

1/werkende lichtschakel knop geplaatst(mistlicht werkte niet meer,en kon geen lampje meer in)
2/ander contactslot (zat slecht contact in (nu werkt aanjager verwarming terug wanneer ik het wil))
3/gaatje in ruitenwisser geboord,en volgespoten met kruipolie(werkt terug perfect en is niet meer zo traag)
4/nieuwe lampjes in de tellersblok gestoken (voorgloeilampje blijft kapot,daar er kabeltje ontbreekt)
5/Handrempedaal &loszethandremhendel terug los gezet(niet gemaakt,eerst even goed bestuderen 'hoe een handremkabel vervangen )
6/opzetstuk plastiek onderaan aan achterdeur teruggeplaatst(is lijmen geworden)
7/andere luidspreker bescherming roostertjes dashboard geplaatst(roeste storende oude eindelijk eruit)

Nu terug op zoek om de rest van te doen lijstje af te werken

Goed bezig geweest Erwin, vroeg opgestaan vandaag zeker?
Zeg Erwin wat ik zelf ook al wel eens gedacht heb, is een opening of gaatje maken in de ruitenwisser voet, voor de smering.
Kan jij over die "operatie" wat uit weijden?, foto'tje of zo er bij, helpt mij dan weer om het wiel niet te hoeven uitvinden

maar werkt wel.
wil de volledige ruitenwisser ooit vervangen,daar deze (zoals u het mooi beschrijft de schildpad)niet zo mooi meer is)
nu weten we ook waarom om sommige wagens daar een extra Mercedes embleempje zit om het geboorde gaatje te dichten denk ik??

Voor je schilpad fit te houden geloof ik niet dat je weg komt met 1 gatje er in te boren..

Na een beetje gefriemel met wat plastic onder het voorraam en het verwijderen van 4 bouten heb je het complete spul op de werkbank liggen.

Meestal beginnen de armen langzaam te lopen doordat er vuil opgehoopt zit in de doorvoeren van de geleide stangen.
UIt elkaar pellen, afsoppen en met perslucht na waaien om de geleide stangen vervolgens in het MoS2 vet te zetten, geeft vaak een uitermate bevredigend resultaat...

LET OP!

Laat de ramenlapper tot een hoek van Ca. 30 graden komen en draai het contact uit. Beter is het nog om de accupool eraf te halen tegen het "oeps" effect.

In de schildpad staan referentie punten voor de tandoverbrenging.. Houd deze in het oog als je het spul terug monteert!

Het voordeel van dit beetje extra werk?... Je Benz kan de toekomst aan zonder gehavende schildpad, en je bent in 1 keer klaar met dit ongemakje.

Hoi Kim, natuurlijk heb je gelijk, maar het gaat mij ook een beetje om de uitdaging zoals je zal begrijpen.
Als dat mechanisme defect is helpt van buitenaf wat olie inspuiten ook niet meer.
Je moet het dan ook meer zien als een onderhouds beurtje, jaarlijks bijvoorbeeld.
Bovendien denk ik dat ook niet al die schildpadjes precies gelijk zijn, de foto die jij toevoegt laat volgens mij zien wat er direct onder het schildje zit, dus blik op de bovenste etage onder het schildje, die etage daaronder, waar dat circelvormige tandwiel zit kom je niet makkelijk bij met slechts een gaatje in het schild.
Of je moet nog een gaatje maken om een laag dieper te kommen, maar dan ben je haast chirurgiesch bezig

Maar op het internet zie ik ook systemen waar al in het schild een heel mechanisme zit, voor zover ik dat dan kan begrijpen vanaf een foto he.

Maar goed, voor ik ga boren zal ik er nog eens goed over nadenken, misschien kan ik beter eerst op de sloop zo'n ding, al dan niet defect halen om te zien hoe een en ander in elkaar zit.
