Vandaag nieuwe brandstoffilter en alle injectoren met afdichtingrubbers vervangen. Na een testrit motor en bak goed warm gereden en ook het automaatbakolie voor het eerst gepeild maar tot mijn verbazing geen druppel olie aan het peilstok! Eerstvolgende klus wordt bakolie verversen..

Klinkt gek maar helemaal niet aan bijvullen gedacht. Ik rij straks even langs de automaterialenzaak

Ik heb vanochtend weer ouderwets de wagen met de hand gewassen thuis hij gaat nooit door de wasstraat maar was hem soms wel met de hogedrukspuit.

Ik heb zin om hem te poetsen maar ja nog even geduld tot het wat warmer is

Ik was ook niet van plan om in de brandende zon te poetsen maar iets warmer is wel lekker dat bedoelde ik

Hogedrukreinigers kunnen funest zijn voor de lak....
En kunnen water daar spuiten waar je het niet wilt hebben.

Dat zijn prachtige putdeksel velgen ze kunnen er zo onder

Hallo Nan bij mij bij plaatsen stond de foto wel rechtop dus bij jullie niet wat raar het viel me wel op dat ik zag dat de foto kleiner was????

Die rubbers ga ik ook binnenkort halen

Ja je hoort wel meer als er te weinig in zit dat het schakelen minder word maar mooi dat hij het weer beter doet.

Mooi dat je kick down het ook weer goed doet

Vorige week een kleine beurt voor de C124, de bijlage zegt voldoende. Regelmatig regulier onderhoud is en blijft noodzakelijk, zodat ik altijd op mijn daily driver kan blijven rekenen.

En de zomerbanden, op de 15 inch Gullideckel, zitten er ook weer op.

Mooi Bram hij glimt je tegemoed

Afijn, bij mij braken ze dus af en ik startte mijn zoektocht naar die krengen...

- Op de sloop zijn ze vaak net zo oud als je eigen exemplaren dus bespaar je de moeite.
- Bij de MB-dealer kun je geluk hebben maar zul je de hoofdprijs betalen.

Laatste optie is online. Grandado (jeweetwel, de tegenhanger van Ali-Express in Hong-Kong) had zowaar nog twee setjes liggen. Dus direct besteld en vandaag ontvangen.

wat overbodige onderdelen uit m'n nieuwste aanwinst verwijderd

Van het weekend de koplampen gewisseld.
Vandaag eindelijk die imi meuk van een gril omgewisseld voor een originele in nette staat.
Sluit gelijk ook veel beter op de koplampen aan.

Iets minder mooi als de andere kant, scheelt denk ik 3 - 4mm.
Ik denk zelf dat het metaal van de motorkap iets vervormd is door de jaren.
Met de kap openmaken trek je hem vaak open aan de linkerkant van de gril, dus dat kan het verschil verklaren.
Let er nu zelf meer op, dat ik hem niet bij de gril, maar aan de kap zelf trek met open maken.
