Leer zetelhoes overzetten

Hoi liefhebbers,

Ik heb een E220 coupe van 1993. De lederenstoel aan de bestuurderskant is versleten. Ik heb wel nog ene liggen thuis maar kan het niet monteren omdat deze niet volledig electrisch is.
Dus moet ik zien om deze leer stoelhoes uitmonteren en overzetten op de mijne maar heb helemaal geen idee hoe te beginnen.
Zou iemand mij kunnen helpen.
