Hallo allemaal,

Hierbij een korte how-to voor het verhelpen van die lelijke omgekrulde deurranden bovenaan bij de ramen. ik heb niet veel beeldmateriaal, dus zal t proberen te omschrijven.

Allereerst: stop maar met lijmen, DAT WERKT NIET, althans; misschien de eerste 5 minuten dan....

Wat je nodig hebt, zijn

-2x U-strips die je kan (als het goed is) halen bij elke willekeurige bouwmarkt. (Praxis of Hornbach is een zekerheid) Ze zijn 5 meter lang. Koop er 2 want ze willen nog wel eens breken in het begin.
-Verf-föhn om de strips een beetje flexibel te maken
-Dremel om de strips op maat te slijpen
-handleiding om de deur-panelen te demonteren

stap 1: demonteer de deurpanelen
stap 2: snij de strips op maat van de ramen met de dremel. En schuur de scherpe hoekjes rond
stap 3: verhit de strips vóór het monteren met de verf-föhn zodat je deze een beetje uit elkaar kan trekken.
stap 4: vouw de strips nu om de bovenzijde van de deurpanelen heen.
stap 5: monteer de deurpanelen weer terug

voila, je bent klaar!

Ik had dit ook met de panelen.
bij Hornbach een plastic hoeklijntje gekocht en geplakt aan de bekleding en het karton van
het deurpaneel.
zit al een jaar en staat netjes afgewerkt.

Dit is de W201 van mijn vrouw.mijn 300D heeft zwarte bekleding en heeft hier geen last van.

Whatever....... "harleydirk-randjes" ligt trouwens ook wel wat lekkerder in de mond

oke bij hornbach dus, ik ben al bij 2 bouwmarkten geweest en niet te krijgen.

Dit is een mooie oplossing.

Wat ik heb gedaan is een L-profiel gehaald bij de bouwmarkt. Ik had nog zwart imitatieleer thuis liggen van deurpanelen van een fiat 500. Je kan het volgens mij ook gewoon bij elke autozaak kopen. Dit 'leer' heb ik eerst op de verwarming gelegd zodat het flexibeler werdt. Vervolgens op de profielen geplaakt met lijmspray. En de profielen heb ik weer op de deurpanelen geschroeft en op de schroeven afdekkapjes gedaan zodat je een mooie afwerking hebt. Achteraf misschien beter ook dit kunnen doen maar ik ben redelijk tevreden met het resultaat.

Als ik van de week tijd heb zal ik een foto ervan uploaden (als ik weet hoe dat moet).

bij de gama hadden ze alleen wit en transparant, en het profiel heet daar poster profiel.

bij hornbach geweest en iets andere gekocht,ook een posterprofiel, deze is wat minder breed en staat ook erg mooi.

wel in tweeen er op gezet, ik heb hem in de oven verwarmt op 90 graden en de oven is niet zo groot.
als het plastic warm is lukt het mij goed om hem er op te krijgen met een half knijpertje er tussen als een soort schoenlepeltje zeg maar.

staat erg mooi, ik heb wel de panelen er af gehaald en kon dan meteen kijken voor roest e.d.
tevens meteen de raamgeleiders ingevet.

ik heb ze bij de formido 5 euro p s gehaald mooie oplossing zo staat perfect alleen de achterdeuren zij lastig om te demonteren maar wel goed gelukt. thx lucas.

ja zeker een mooie oplossing, het mooiste zou zijn splinternieuwe deurpanelen voor een paar tientjes.
maar die zijn er niet.

goede oplossing, maar ehm, zo zie je dus een zwarte strip die er eerst niet was

nee klopt tis maar wat je liever ziet lelijke randen of een zwart stripje die nauwelijks te zien is.
een blinde zou willen dat ie het kon zien
