kofferdeksel greep ?

Hallo,

Hoort er onderaan de kofferdeksel een zwarte rand van kunstof (handgreep) te zitten ? Zit onder de kentekenplaat over de gehele breedte .
Bij mij zit er geen ...... ? Dacht dat het wel hoorde omdat er wel gaatjes in de rand zitten ??
