Elke W124 bezitter is voornamelijk gecharmeerd van zijn eigen W124, vragen naar wat zijn lievelingsmotor is, leidt al snel tot de vertrouwde, nooit aflatende krachtbron in het eigen vooronder. Wellicht dat een ander kleurtje de voorkeur zou krijgen, of toch maar airco in plaats van een schuifdak ?

Maar wat als je voor het eerst een nieuwe W124 mocht uitkiezen en je had geld en auto's voldoende ? Daarom een enquete om de ware voorkeur boven water te krijgen.

De inzenders waren sneller dan verwacht, heb de enquete iets aangepast, persoonlijker gemaakt, dus even opnieuw AUB !!

Ik mis heel veel motoren in de lijst (ook jouw 320 zit er niet tussen) alleen de vroege exemplaren staan er in, ook leer staat er niet tussen!
En motorcode's lijkt mij handig ernaast.

Mijn ideale dagelijkse W124 ziet er zo uit:

300 TDT Kombi, kleur 904 met grijs leer bouwjaar 1996.
Opties: schuifdak, airco, tempomat, elektrische stoelbediening met geheugen, elektrisch verstelbare stuurkolom, verlichte make-up spiegels, ruitensproeierreservoir met verwarming, bagagehoes met gaas, Becker radio.

Het is eigenlijk op de kleur na een kopie van mijn 300TDT met bouwjaar 1986.

Als toycar natuurlijk een 500E!

Ik heb niet alle motoren genoemd, wordt het net weer te uitgebreid, het gaat om de meer globale voorkeur, er zijn nog legio mogelijkheden. De kans dat je 2 dezelfde W124's tegenkomt, schijnt kleiner te zijn dan de staatloterij winnen.

er staat als optie centrale deurvergrendeling, bedoel je dan met afstandbediening,
anders ie het toch niet echt een optie?

maar hij is besteld, mooie petrol green 300TDT 4-matic met handbak

Ik wilde net bestellen maar ik was te laat zei de verkoper bij Mercedes.
Hoezo te laat?
De laatste orders werden eind 1996 genoteerd voor een 300TDT.
Liefhebbers van een W124 cabrio konden in 1997 nog een nieuwe bestellen.

Doe mij maar een combi in bornit, dikke 4 liter 8 cylinder, zwart 7-persoons pullman, 5-traps automaat en werkelijk iedere mogelijk optie.

Als geld geen rol speelt,

een W124 met een V12 erin dus eigenlijk gewoon een W140 V12
en daarnaast een CLK DTM cabrio dus V8 of black series voor de zomer.
en ook voor de vakanties een SLS AMG.
en voor de hobby een rode italiaans raspaardje.

Maar mijn W124 coupe zou ik ook lekker bewaren.

En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan.

124 cabrio 3,6 brabus 272 pk (doet niet zo veel onder voor de 8 cylinder) en dan alle denkbare opties,zwart met zwart leer. :roll:

Een donkerblauwe coupé met een lichte leren bekleding, 6 cylinder motor, automaat en airco. Leren stuurwiel en originele LM velgen.

Hmmm of een W221 400 Hybrid of een W124 200D zonder ook maar 1 extra optie. :lol:

Ik zou mijn kleur houden (172. Antrazit Grau) in MOPF1, Lederen sportline interieur met gedeelde achterbank, de voorstoelen vervangen door Recaro Classics (zwarte panelen en matten en dan door brabus cogniac kleurig lederen zetels en deurinzetstukken laten monteren).
Motorisch de Brabus 3.6 of een leuk opgefokt 3.0 24v met turbo conversie van die malle Zweden van Turbobanditen.se 8-)

En natuurlijk de handmatige sportline 'dogleg'-bak naar het ASD differentieel.
