De pasrand van het aluminium huis is gepolijst en probleem is weg.

Verder is wel alles gecontroleerd, zonodig vernieuwd wat hiermee heeft te maken:
- pakking diesel voorverwarmer
- seals van de brandstofpomp, 5 stuks onder de leidingen naar de verstuivers
- vacuümpomp
- vacuüm slangetjes o.a. stopinrichting brandstofpomp
- retour slangetjes van de verstuivers
- brandstofslangen met alle o-ringen
- opvoerpomp
- aanvoerslang tussen tankleiding en pomp
- groffilter diesel toevoer met o-ring

Nog op te merken dat mijn E250-diesel geen groffilter heeft in de brandstoftank, maar zit keurig op zijn plaats naast het dieselfilter.

nagelezen en daar bleek de rubbers slang de boosdoener. Deze slang heb ik al even liggen maar vanwege het slecht weer er nog niet van gekomen erop te zetten.
Als na het vernieuwen van de aanvoerslang het niet over is ga ik verder met de warmtewisselaar. Super zo'n forum.
Je kunt de wagen ook bij de garage brengen maar dan gaan ze alles vervangen en daar loop je onderhand wel op leeg (niet mijn blaas dus maar wel de portemonnee).

Desalnietemin hoop ik dat je er wat aan hebt.

Daarbij moet je de vacuumslangen losmaken van de kleppen.

Die moet je niet vergeten terug aan te sluiten dat bedoelde ik!

Heb overigens vandaag de nieuwe warmtewisselaar geplaats en eindelijk dat luchtprobleem opgelost!

Denk inderdaad dat je met de valse lucht in de brandstof in de juiste richting zit.
Heb momenteel met mijn W210 E300T Diesel hetzelde probleem.
De beide brandstofsystemen vertonen meerdere overeenkomsten.

Ga vandaag het warmtewisselaartje vervangen wat op de kop zit, de W124 E250 heeft die voor zover ik weet ook.
Dit onderdeeltje bestaat uit twee delen en kan lucht aanzuigen op het pasvlak.

Daarnaast; vergeet die vacuumslangen van de diverse wiebelkleppen niet terug aan te sluiten, daar ging de mijne heel slecht stationair van lopen namelijk.
