Alles omtrent de carrosserie en de buitenkant, zoals bijv. spuiten, roest, plaatwerk, lassen maar ook spiegels, rubbers en chroom, ruitenwissers etc.

Beste medeliefhebber,
Mijn beide wielkasten aan de achterzijde zijn verroest/rot. Aankomende maandag gaat mijn auto naar de spuiter om de wielkasten aan te pakken.
In de wielkasten zitten rubberen "doppen". Deze wil ik uiteraard behouden in de toekomstige situatie. Helaas zijn deze niet meer origineel of ontbreken deze bij mij, dus wil ik nieuwe doppen laten plaatsen.
De dealer weet niet welke doppen dit zijn, en heeft er weinig idee bij…
Wie kan mij helpen met een onderdeelnummer of een adres waar ik deze kan kopen?
In de bijlage vind je een afbeelding die ik van de dealer heb ontvangen om een keuze te maken.

Leuk dat de dealer je een screenshot stuurt waar je eigenlijk niet zoveel mee kan. In de omschrijvingen bij elk nummer staat waar dit onderdeel gemonteerd is. Het is inderdaad nummer 11 onderdeelnummer A 113 987 00 44 (een hele bekende). Nummer 29 zit achter in de dorpel ook in de wielkast. A 123 987 04 44.

Nummer 11 heb je 12x nodig, nummer 29 2x. Het zijn ten eerste afvoergaten voor als de auto door een bad gaat in de fabriek en ten tweede gaten, zodat je de holle ruimtes kunt behandelen met een beschermingswas.

Origineel is de volgorde: primer, wij zouden inderdaad ook een tweecomponenten epoxyprimer gebruiken, dan de anti-steenslagcoating, wij hebben altijd de grijze van 3M, omdat de auto origineel ook aan de onderkant in de kleur gespoten is en grijs een goede kleur is om op te spuiten. Dus na de coating een laagje kleur erover en dan de holle ruimtes en naden behandelen met een gelige/beige was als je echt de originele look wilt.

Echt aan de onderkant is het een beetje een mix van een grijze coating en kleur. De vloerplaten zijn wel grijs. Ze waaiden er een beetje met de verfspuit onderdoor denk ik. In de wielkuipen zijn ze wel degelijk in de kleur.

In het geval van onze E320 klopt dat, want er zijn deels nieuwe doppen in gegaan. In de fabriek spuiten ze de coating er inderdaad overheen. De auto is verder wel origineel. De 300TE bij Ruyl is ook zeker origineel. Wat vroeger wel heel veel gebeurde is dat er achteraf een extra coating werd opgespoten. Ook kan het door veel vuil al snel anders lijken. Hoewel bijvoorbeeld alle W123‘s (je noemde hem zelf al) echt helemaal overduidelijk in de kleur waren aan de onderkant, zijn er maar heel weinig waar dat echt nog zo is. Bijna allemaal volgebaggerd met dinitrol of iets anders. Mijn vader heeft W124’s nog nieuw afgeleverd en die zegt ook dat het zo hoort. Ik had het inderdaad mis over de bodem van de vloer, die is inderdaad grijzig (coatingkleur)
