Ik ga binnenkort een remleiding vervangen achteraan mijn 250D van 1988. Nu is mijn vraag of hier een speciale procedure voor bestaat aangezien het een wagen met ABS betreft.

Laat maar horen, techneuten onder jullie!

Goed ontluchten, je kunt evt leiding/slangetje op de nippel drukken.
En dan net zo lang laten lopen dat er geen lucht meer uit komt.
Je moet dan wel druk op je remvloeistof tankje zetten, en uitkijken dat je het tankje wel weer tijdig bijvult.
Anders komt er nog meer lucht in het systeem.

Dus de gewone manier van werken, er hoeft niets speciaal gedaan te worden ivm die ABS?

Nog een vraagje: zijn er hier mensen die een W124 werkplaats cd-rom hebben? Ik zou ook graag eentje willen, is altijd interessant als je aan 't klussen slaat.

Je ABS heeft in principe niets met de hydrolic van je rem te maken. De remdruk wordt WEL geregeld door je ABS, maar heeft niets met de vloeistof te maken. dat zijn twee afzonderlijke systemen.

Ik heb 'm, die werkplaats cd-rom. En ik kan je hem zeker aanraden!
Besteld via de Duitse MB-site (klassiek).

Functioneert wel een beetje ouderwets (onder e.o.a. stokoude versie van Adobe reader), maar bevat véél bruikbare info. Je kunt (van)alles printen, dus als je een klusje hebt maak je gewoon je werkplaatshandboek per projectje! Ik zet ook wel eens de laptop in de auto. Als niet ál te vette klauwen krijgt, werkt dat ook prima.

Allemaal in het Duits, maar als je dat een beetje spreekt moet je alles zo begrijpen (veel illustraties).

Ik heb ook de WIS-cd-rom maar die werkt lastiger.

Dan ga ik op die Duitse site eens zoeken. Ik ken het principe, ik heb er zo 1 voor de W123.

..en nu ik toch aan het vragen ben..

Komende zaterdag ga ik de tssnlager van de cardanas vervangen. Vorige week heb ik de hardy-schijf achteraan vernieuwd en tot de vaststelling gekomen dat het trillen van de carrosserie verminderd was, maar niet opgelost. Nu blijkt dat die tssnlager, die in een rubbere sok ophangt, ook naar de eeuwige jachtvelden is vertrokken.

Dus voorste en achterste hardyschijven lossen, dan de beugel van de lager eraf en je hebt de cardanas eronderuit.

Voor het wisselen van de lager, iemand nog bemerkingen?

Ik doe het als volgt ,slangetje over ontluchtingsnippel ,bierflesje met wat rem olie ,daar het andere uiteinde van dat slangetje in ,dan iemand langzaam laten het rempedaal bedienen ,terwijl jij in het flesje kijkt tot de luchtbelletjes ophouden met komen,dan nippeltje dichtdraaien.
Wel genoeg remolie in voorraadbakje houden.

Jammer dat ik het niet tijdig gelezen heb van die werkplaats cd rom.
Ik heb hem hier ook ,die werkt nog op arcobat 4 ,dus is idd. traag ,en beveiligd is hij ook via powerlock.
Als ik iemand een plezier kan doen ermee ,geef maar een seintje ,dan stuur ik em op.
Niet om er iets aan te verdienen ,is een club hier ,mekaar helpen he?
