Hallo iedereen,

Misschien kan iemand me helpen met een probleempje.

Ik ben een mooie set handgrepen van een facelift W124 aan het monteren op mn 230E.

Nu loop ik vast op het cilinderslot in de deur.

Ik heb volgens mij de sleutel te ver doorgedraaid waardoor het nu op slot zit. Ik krijg de sleutel niet meer naar links of rechts gedraaid.
Ook het indrukken van het palletje heeft geen resultaat.

Weet iemand hier het foefje voor om de cilinder uit de houder te krijgen?

Ik vermoed dat je de sleutel nu niet ver genoeg in het slot steekt.
Als je het palletje indrukt, en je steekt dan de sleutel verder in het slot, zou je de cilinder eruit moeten kunnen halen.

Ik heb de sleutel toch helemaal erin (zie foto)

Maar ik krijg er geen beweging in helaas...

Lees mijn draadje maar eens:

Heel duidelijke omschrijving, maar bij werkt het helaas niet.

Ik heb de sleutel erin, die dus niet draait. Het palletje ingedrukt en ik heb er toch aardig met een hamer op getikt. Maar geen beweging in te krijgen.

Wellicht toch de lompe variant en de behuizing kapot slijpen…

Ik begrijp er niks van

Goed met kruipolie inspuiten en even laten inwerken

de sleutel er met wat kracht 'dieper' in de houder drukken en dan wat wrikken = naar links/rechts draaien

Heb je nog een andere sleutel die je kunt proberen?

Hier zie je het afgeslepen slothuis van een W201 en een slotcilinder, als je de slotcilinder 90 graden draait, kun je de slotcilinder verwijderen.

Als je nog weet welke kant je het laatst hebt opgedraaid, tegengesteld daaraan draaien.
Zit de cilinder muurvast, of beweegt de cilinder een klein beetje heen en weer en houd een slotplaatje de cilinder tegen?
Dan indien mogelijk een andere sleutel proberen en met lichte! Kracht de sleutel draaien en tegelijkertijd een beetje in en uit bewegen om de cilinder tot draaien te krijgen.

Zit de cilinder muurvast, inderdaad weken in kruipolie, WD40, IMAL, of wat je voorkeur heeft, dan krachtig aan de sleutel draaien, het liefst tegen de richting in waarin hij is vastgelopen.

Ik heb gisteren olie erin laten lopen, dus ff kijken wat het vanavond doet.

Ik heb inderdaad het idee dat het slotplaatje het tegenhoudt. Ik draaide te ver tegen de klok in, waardoor hij in een soort vergrendeling schoot. Ik zal het met enige voorzichtige kracht en wiebelen nog eens proberen.

Alleen snap ik niet waarom het niet meer draait. Iets houdt het tegen, dat voel je. Ik dacht dat het het palletje zou zijn, maar die krijg je weer niet helemaal ingedrukt als de sleutel erin zit. Ik denk dat het een kwestie is van wiebelen en proberen..
