Mijn oliedruk meter werkt niet goed.
Als je het contact aan zet loopt bij mij gelijk de oliedruk naar 3 bar??? de motor draait dan nog niet! Dat klopt dus niet.
Nu is er afgelopen vrijdag een nieuwe drukzender in gezet en het filterhuis helemaal gereinigd, zaterdagochtend deed ie het naar behoren. Maar daarna weer terug bij af! Ik vermoed een bedradingsprobleem of een massa?
Heeft iemand dit weleens bij de hand gehad.

Lijkt sterk op een massa probleem, achterop je meter.

Sander, Klusje voor morgen middag! Vrijdag veelste druk geweest. Wel zitten de winterbanden er op en nieuwe schokbrekers achter. Oh ja de alarmlichten schakelaar ook vervangen.

Bij het verkeerd aansluiten van de grote 15 polige stekker gaat de meter ook direct bij het contact omhoog.

Mogelijk zou het ook zoiets regelijks kunnen zijn.

Vanmiddag de tellerbak er uit gehad. Ik kan zo niks vinden.
De stekker (s) zitter op de juiste pinnen, alles zit vast en nergens een spoor van enige vorm van corrosie te ontdekken.

Deze 3 boutjes losmaken en dan de olie meter ertussen uit nemen. Op de achterkant van die olie meter zitten contactpuntjes. Deze licht opschuren en schoonmaken. Bij mij was dat de oplossing voor het schommelen. Ook al zag ik bij mij geen oxidatie, het hielp wel. Succes.

Hoe is het er nu mee John ?

Nog steeds hetzelfde! Afgelopen week erg druk geweest. wel zaterdag de rubbers vervangen van de schakelstangen.
Vandaag de hele dag lekker getoerd met de Benz, 268 km met een kwart tank, het is een geweldige auto. Op zijn vroegst volgende week zondag tijd voor de tellerbak.
Wel gisteren onder de auto de massadraad los gehad en alles schoon weer gemonteerd ook nog naar de "nieuwe" zender gekeken, daar ligt het niet aan.

Nou vandaag eindelijk ff tijd om de tellerbak er uit te halen.
Alle contacten schoon gemaakt. Echter helpt het niet en is het probleem nog steeds niet verholpen
Sorry Sander het zijn niet de contacten op de print vrees is. ff resume, de klok op het dashbord krijgt via het contact spanning. een plus en een min zitten op de klok, daar vandaan gaat via de 4 polige stekker achter op de tellerbak een draad naar de drukzender en die zit via het huis weer op massa.
De meter loopt bij contact aan gelijk op naar 3 (niet met een ferme slag maar enigsinds rustig) In mijn beleving kan het probleem alleen maar via de draad naar de gever of de massa van de gever zitten??? echter is voor vandaag de truckendoos ff leeg.

Heb je al geprobeerd de draad op de oliedruk zender los te maken en daarna het contact aan te zetten?
Wanneer de meter dan zonder dat de motor draait op nul blijft staan zit er sluiting in de oliedrukzender
of er is een verkeerde zender gemonteerd.

Blijft de meter ondanks de losse draad naar 3 gaan dan zit er mogelijk sluiting in de draad tussen de zender
en de meter.
Meer smaken zijn er niet tenzij er sluiting in de print van het kombi instrument zit. Dat laatste is onwaarschijnlijk.

maakt de zender goed massa op het blok ? (of op de massa pin als die er is ?

ik ben hier redelijk nieuw, maar aangenomen dat het VDO werk is, betekend 0 ohm volle meter en 180 ohm lege meter,
bij contact aanzetten betekend een volle meter dus nagenoeg 0 ohm weerstand op de meet draad, als je die losneemt en met een multimeter de weerstand tussen massa en sensordraad meet, dan weet je of je meetcircuit goed is of niet.
aangezien de massa als referentie voor de meting dient, kan het nog zijn dat er een verschil is tussen de massa aan het dashboard en die bij het blok. indien blok en klok niet gelijk zijn qua massa niveau dan is je meting ook fucked.

Zorg nu eerst even voor dat rukkertje waarmee je de windhaak van je motorkap ontgrendelt.

Je verklaring over de misaanwijzing van de oliedrukmeter is warrig en onjuist.
De eventuele massa aanwezig op het kombi instrument heeft niets te maken met de fout van de oliedrukmeter.

Één kant van de meter krijgt de afgeregelde spanning die ook op de temperatuurmeter en de tankmeter staat.
dat is ongeveer 10 volt.
De andere aansluiting van de meter gaat naar massa middels de variabele weerstand van de oliedrukzender.
Afhankelijk van de oliedruk varieert die weerstand en zorgt daarmee voor de wisselende aanwijzing van de meter.

Even weer een update, vanmorgen contact aan en de oliedrukmeter gaat naar 1 / 1,5 bar??? na starten naar 3 bar. later thuis met stationair draaien zakt de druk naar 1,5 bar...... is ie het spontaan gaan doen?
Ik snap er nou helemaal niks meer van. volgende week heb ik tijd om de bedrading eens helemaal uit te meten.
