hallo,

tot mijn spijt moet ik uw melden dat mijn Benz in de soep is gedraait.

geeft een enorme tik met starten en de ketting staat heel strak.

weet iemand waar je of een goede 260 cilinder kop

of motor or een ketting set kan krijgen en wat zou er dan allemaal kapot zijn

als die ketting zo strak staat.

na ja hoor het wel zal wel even duren voordat ik weer plezier van m n Benz heb

ja die geleiders van de distributie willen wel gaan dat die verspringt.

ze kunnen lang zitten m mis moet je ook na 25jaar dat toch ook vervangen die ketting.

Ben ik even blij dat ik het hele pakket vernieuwdt heb na geklapper van de ketting als die stationair draaide klonk niet goed en ben er wel 3 dagen mee bezig geweest maar loopt een stuk beter dan voorheen

Je ketting moet strak staan, ik denk niet dat dat een goeie indicatie is.

Gerammel echter hoort natuurlijk niet.

Maar getik bij het starten kan duiden op kapotte klepstoters. Als die dingen versleten zijn vullen ze zich niet/nauwelijks met olie en krijg je een heel tikkend geluid. Dan hoeft je kop niet eens gelicht te worden.

Distributieketting kun je zo vervangen, ketting aan elkaar rijgen en doordraaien. Ketting zl zo'n 160 euro kosten. Slijtage van de ketting kun je meten door de krukas op OTP te draaien en dan het merkteken op de nokkenas (cilinder 1) te controleren. Maximaal 5 graden afwijking geloof ik.

Maar dan zijn de geleiders nog niet vervangen, dat is een wat grotere operatie maar vaak wel de moeite waard. De kunststof geleidingen slijten ook in en kunnen loslaten.

na jongens.

weer wat positiefs er op

volgende week draait m n W124 260 weer heb al een motor de oude ligt er uit.

is gewoon domweg vast gelopen en had slijpsel in blok dus ees andere der in

heb een konplete motor met ecu en startmotor en dynamo voor nog geen 300E

dus ben weer heel blij gelukkig en kan niet wachten om weer een ritje te maken

Das inderdaad een meevaller mooi prijsje voor een kompleet blokje,ik zou dan voor de zekerheid nu voor dat je het blok erin gaat hangen de ketting en de geleiders controleren,dat je het gelijk goed doet als je van plan bent de Benz nog lang te rijden.
Want je weet immers niet hoe de onderhoud was van het blok wat je ernu onder gaat leggen.
Veel sleutel plezier en hopende op een snelle terugkeer op weg.

na jongens vandaag is die er weer in gehangen m n nieuwe motor

bak en motorsteunen zit alweer vast

denk dat die morgen of overmorgen wel weer loop.

gaan nog even wat pakkingen vervangen

dan weer gaan met die banaan

nou jongens

hij draait weer en suoerstil

hij is alleen ontzettend lui.

wil nog niet echt lekker toeren maken.

ma ja hij heeft ook twee jaar nis gedaan

en het blok was ook ongelofelijk vies van binnen hebben twee keer ververst.

en hij heeft alleen ma korte stukjes gereden


ma tips zijn altijd welkom.


dus ga het nu rustig opbouwen en ma kijken hoe het gaat

ja ik ga eerst lekker toeren

eerst ma eens 1000km er op zetten.

ma heb nu 200 gehad en begint al een beetje donkerder te draaien.

ma hij wil in de derde nog geen toeren maken

dus tips welkom
