Mijn 250D uit 1986 is uitgerust met een elektrisch schuif-/kanteldak. Heerlijke en wat mij betreft onmisbare optie. Nu heb in de winter het dak niet zo vaak open (lees: zelden tot nooit) en vandaag met wat lekker weer weer even het dak open gehad: dat werkt uitstekend (zowel open als kantelen) maar wat mij opviel is dat ik bij het kantelen de motor doordraait als ik druk op de knop van de kantelstand. Het dak gaat dus netjes open, maar als ik de knop ingedrukt houd hoor ik een ratel als het dak geopend is. Iemand een idee waar dit door komt?

Waarschijnlijk het trandwiel op de aandrijfmotor dat over de tribbels van de kabel gaat. Het begin van slijtage dus. Mijn advies is de boel openmaken en de kabels goed invetten. En zeker niet doordraaien zodat het ratelgeluid hoorbaar is. Misschien dat die het nog even uithoudt, anders moet toch het tandwiel vervangen worden, tenminste als het los leverbaar is. In het ergste geval een nieuwe aandrijfmotor.

wat je hoort ratelen is denk ik de doorslip beveiliging...er zit een moer achter de witte handbedienings dop/moer...als je die iets vaster draait is het geluid denk ik verdwenen...probeer het maar een klein beetje vaster te zetten.
het tandwiel waar Marius het over hebt is een hardstalen tandwiel...dat gaat niet snel kapot..wel het wormwieltje en het kunstof tandwiel of de kabel zijn niet zo slijtvast.
er zijn geen losse tandwielen te koop bij de dealer...wel het plastic afstel mechanisme..om het nulpunt mee af te stellen.
er zijn zat gebruikte motortjes te koop..een nieuwe zou ik niet aan beginnen qua prijs.

het bruine kunstof tandwiel is vaak kapot...het hardstalen tandwiel eronder duwt of trekt de kabel mee...het wormwieltje drijft het kunstof tandwiel aan.
ik geloof niet dat smeren met vet erg goed is voor het kunstof tandwiel...dat kun je beter droog laten denk ik
