Hallo, hoop dat jullie allemaal hebben genoten van de kerst?
Gisteren op weg naar huis diesellucht in de auto en laatste km hortend en stotend naar huis.
Een van de retourleidingen was losgeschoten, hele kleppendeksel vol met diesel.
Leidinkjes vervangen maar horten en stoten bleef zolang de vlinderklep van de EGR dichtzit. Die heb ik nu vastgezet in open positie en Vacuümslang van klepbediening losgekoppeld. De verbinding tussen spruitstuk en inlaat is dus nog open maar drosselklep staat nu permanent open. Toch pakt ie onder de 3000 toeren nog steeds niet lekker op. En bij gas geven redelijk wat zwarte rook, maar dat had ie altijd al, zou zelf minder moeten zijn nu met EGR bypass.
Filters zijn schoon en dieselleidingen zijn 100% valse lucht vrij. Boven 3000 revs trekt ie ook lekker door en top is 180.
Mijn zoon even laten rijden en ik er achter, zag ik wat vonken uit de uitlaat bij het terugschakelen.
Heeft iemand idee wat het kan zijn? EGR helemaal verwijderen? Katalysator? Groet, Cas

De auto met warme motor eens goed uitlaten?
Dan komt er vast een vonkenregen uit de uitlaat.
Waarschijnlijk veel koolaanslag wat weg moet :)

De ellende komt uit dat egr gedoe.
Het maakt geen deel uit van de milieukeuring dus helemaal buiten gebruik stellen is geen probleem.
Het enige wat in orde moet zijn bij de APK wat het milieu betreft is de roetmeting.
Zodra de motor en de uitlaat weer schoon zijn is dat in orde.

De aanslag zit waarschijnlijk ook binnen in de kop.
Na het ontmantelen van de EGR kan je nog een dieselpurge uitvoeren.

Beginnen met de egr afdoppen. Daarna de motor normaal op temperatuur rijden. En dan een stuk goed op zijn staart trappen. (Zou ik niet overdag doen)

Wat gebruiken jullie voor de diesel purge? LiquiMoly Diesel Spulung? Rond de 14 euro voor een halve liter op het web. Iemand tips wat en waar?

ja die diesel spulung zijn ze over de hele wereld razend enthousiast over en ik ben ook overtuigd dat het super goed werkt !

er is nu ook dit;

Vandaag de E250D geheel van zijn astma bevrijd. Vlinderklep in de inlaat verwijderd, asje laten zitten. Bypass openingen aan spruitstukkant met een bol plaatje en vloeibarepakking (tot 250 graden) afgedicht en aan inlaatkant met gewone pakking en een plaatje. Hij gaat weer als de brandweer. Dank voor de adviezen.

goed gedaan,heb ik ook gedaan en maakte merkbaar verschil !! vooral die vlinder eruit !!

Inlaat spruitstuk heb ik ook eraf gehaald en schoongemaakt maar viel niet mee en ik merkte ook niet echt verschil.
Wel lekker idee dat de vieze roet eruit was,want geloof me vieze plakkerige roetlaag zat erin !!
